{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Title change, as Bushi defeated Mascara Dorada to win The CMLL World Welterweight Champion today Figured it was going to happen. With FantasticaMania around the corner, they have a marquee match for Dorada now.

It's been announced that the match between Taichi and Taiji Ishimori for the GHC Junior Title has upped the stakes, If Taiji loses and fails to beat him, he will also lose his hair as well.

I'm really excited for WK10 as well as this whole upcoming year for NJPW considering we'll finally be moving past the Tanahashi vs Okada storyline. That should conceivably free up the main event picture at least a little bit.

Yoshi Tatsu will be making his return at Wrestle Kingdom 10, he'll be joining Kelly and Striker at the announce booth and will be helping translate video packages and promos for the english viewers.

So it looks like this will be a thing: The NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag belts with the Yano/Briscoes vs Fale/Yujiro/Tama Tonga match at Wrestle Kingdom determining the inaugural champions.

That's a bit of a surprise and unexpected addition. It does give someone like Taguchi and Tonga and others to do.
Thing is, how many guys work often as a trio? They‘ll have to bring guys from ROH, NWA, CMLL and NOAH to help fill it out for contenders.

I don't think they have to bring in many outsiders. I think it will be mostly for guys who would be wrestling those otherwise meaningless 6 man tag matches every show anyway. Yoshi-Hashi's going to win this belt like 5 times with bottom-tier members of Chaos.

Considering how much they've struggled to book their other tag belts in a compelling way, I don't think more belts is the answer to New Japan's problems.

The junior tag scene is basically just the same 4 gaijin teams fighting and winning the titles multiple times. The heavyweight is just Karl Anderson and partner vs whatever 2 NJPW guys without any direction. Adding a trios title is just overkill.

I hate to sound old, but I always took less as more with titles.

Kushida and Ryusuke won't be appearing on the best dressed list any time soon.

If this has already been covered, I apologize:
Is there a NJPW World app? I signed up for NJPW World less than a month ago and would like to watch on my phone during the family Christmas gatherings. A google search led me to this tweet:
I found a NJPW World app on the iOS app store, but I have no idea what to do because the thing is in Japanese. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The app is honestly just a link that takes you to the home page of NJPW World. That's it. At least, on the Play Store it is.

Yeah, from what I've heard, it brings up the website (which, if you have Chrome as your default browser, is roughly translated), and then when you select a video, it goes back to the app and plays the video from that. I'm waiting to get NJPW World myself. I'm planning on subscribing for Wrestle Kingdom and keeping it for the month. I won't be able to become a regular subscriber until later, unfortunately.

Suzukigun's dominant hold on NOAH has been shattered, as Taiji Ishimori defeated Taichi to capture The GHC Junior Title and Naomichi Marufuji bested Minoru Suzuki to regain The GHC Heavyweight Title today.
