this has been in the news a couple days now
but seriously though, who didn't see this little shit getting into trouble again? i mean if your legal defense is "he's not responsible because he's been spoiled by his parents", and then the super-tough judge (sarcasm, unless you're the poor black kid she sent to prison for 20 years for only killing one person while drunk driving) decides to release him back to his parents who failed at teaching him right from wrong, there may have been a chance for repeated bad behavior.

The judge who accepted the "he was too rich to know better" defence should never have been allowed to preside over another case again, and all their previous verdicts should be reviewed.

Obviously, I'm gonna be one of many who say I don't feel sorry for him.

Might have missed it but he was about to head to prison for violating his probation. He got drunk at a party and one of his friends put it all over social media.
So yeah, probably long gone.

I will remind people that this rule still is in effect here.
9. Wishing Harm: Do not go too far in bashing people, be they celebrities, athletes, random people in the news or individuals you personally know. This includes wishing or threatening harm or misfortune upon them with malicious intent.

Place bets on where he runs to.
I'm guessing Thailand here. Mexico is too obvious and has a really good extradition treaty with the US.

Oh I remember this punk, this case had a thread already made a while ago. At least if he's really trying to escape he can hopefully get caught and have the sentence he should have had in the first place.

Person A kills one person while drunk driving and is sentenced to 20 years in prison, Person B kills four and injures nine and is sentenced to 10 years probation

The judge who accepted the "he was too rich to know better" defence should never have been allowed to preside over another case again, and all their previous verdicts should be reviewed. The judge is Jean Hudson Boyd. Her name should be mentioned in each article about Ethan Couch.

How sad is it that I can I remember the "Affluenza kid" and " the most hated man in America" and identity these assholes by their nicknames as if they're celebrities

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that Affluenza Kid, and that shitberg who raised the prices of medicine, are somehow related.

Person A kills one person while drunk driving and is sentenced to 20 years in prison, Person B kills four and injures nine and is sentenced to 10 years probation If I'm not mistaken, didn't the guy given 20 years express guilt over his actions while the affluenza douche did not? Clearly, lessons needed to be taught! Edit: OK, the guy given 20 years later expressed guilt and his grandfather was so guilty that he offerred his home to the victim's family, but that's not the same.

I hope they throw the book at that bitch and his mammy. From everything I've read about him and his mother, I'm not surprised that they got caught in Mexico. I am not even surprised they went to one of the few places in Mexico where rich white people would actually be familiar with (nothing like cutting down on places they need to look for you at). I AM surprised he wasn't posting shit on social media while on the run, basically boasting about how smart he is.
