This isn't the CLICK HEREZ FOR STEFF TOPLESS NUDEZ PIXS I WANTED!!!! Did people get this upset when Rock humiliated Kevin Kelly? Did Kevin, or Cole, or Coach, get revenge on him even once? Granted, Kevin Kelly's a piece of garbage, but otherwise. Because it was men abusing other men. There is still a sense that the interviewer could snap and fight back like if he was Joey Styles and they were JBL. Here the guy is a defenseless situation that he can't hit her back and all he can do is restrain or take the beating. Plus what makes it worse is Stephanie McMahon writes herself as the biggest heel Mary Sue in wrestling that she rarely ever gets any comeuppance that you never expect her to get a comeuppance ever. Which is tricky because in wresting you often want to see a heel get a comeuppance often in a physical harming way and you write yourself in a corner. Like what's Tom Phillips suppose to do now? Attack back? Hire his best friend Rhonda Rousey to defend his honor? Hell all Rhonda did was grab her arm tight at Wrestlemania and she Judo threw HHH when the whole set up of Rhonda entering the ring was to attack Steph doing it for da rock and the peeple.

She's just a terrible character. When she's not screeching, she's slapping guys with no retaliation, even though she's proven to be so aggressive towards them, I doubt anyone could seriously object if someone clotheslined her.

The question I had is why wouldn't Phillips sue WWE for millions? He had done nothing other than try to conduct an interview. Who in real life would tolerate being assaulted by their boss? Especially since there was a very similar incident this year where Stephanie suspended Lesnar for an attack on WWE personnel. And nobody should forget that, because said incident was up for a Slammy earlier in the show. so you're saying she'll be up for a slammy next year then?

The Rock was a 6'5, 250 pound wrestler who constantly got his ass kicked in the ring. Steph is a wrinkled up tiny woman whose only comeuppance in two years of making people look like shit in Ronda Rousey bending her arm back for a few seconds. But I get it, Steph is a great heel and this is obviously leading up to something if I wait another few years.

She's just a terrible character. I think this sums it up. Her current character is totally flat and exists just to do awful things without consequence. I do not think any heat these actions might get her is actually benefiting any storylines at this point. She's nearing go away heat with me, and I like her as a performer.

When she inevitably slaps Renee Young, I will officially reach the point of no return in my loathing of Stephanie

The frustrating thing is that she's so talented, great on the mic, controls a crowd beautifully, has great chemistry with so many people, takes great bumps, one of the best heels there's ever been. She could be extremely valuable, the way she was in 99-02, when she was as good as her father at being humiliated, got her comeuppance weekly and did help people get over. I find her unwatchable now and I'm sad that she's changed so much.
Obviously ego is sexually transmitted.

She was fine in the original McMahon/Helmsley era because she was funny, had great chemistry with guys like Angle and Jericho, and was willing to show weakness, like when Lita kicked the living shit out of her.
She's been egomaniacal since the tit job.

The fact is, Rock never got comeuppance from the injured parties, not so much as Coach sliding a dude a chair to lay into him, etc. This isn't new.

Rock was the cool guy picking on a square.
Stephanie is an abusive woman physically assaulting people.

I've always liked Stephanie but even I'm getting to the point where I want a Diva (preferably Sasha) to just slap the crap out of her. If this was the 90s she would have been through a table already.

I've given up hope on the Divas doing anything after the Kaitlyn incident a few years ago.

I have no problem with this Steph needs to be booked strong for her mania match with Ronda Rousey this is a classic out of the Vince McMahon playbook if you need someone to look strong what better way then beating up a Giant and Steph is one of the most feared strikers in wwe history. Also Todd has been pretty smug ever since he became host of the social media lounge the jerk had it coming.

Alicia Fox needs to come defend her man's honor. I desperately need this to happen. It encompasses all of my favorite things: Alicia Fox on television, TomFox as a couple, and Stephanie McMahon getting her ass kicked. So, sadly, it will never happen.

Stephanie was the kind of kid who demanded a present on her brothers birthday wasn't she? She definitely got her brother's present

It's pretty amazing how much Stephanie........either doesn't get it, or gets it and doesn't care.
Stephanie will get no comeuppance. No man will even block one of her slaps, no (non-Bella) diva will be booked strong enough to tackle her and beat her 1-2-3. Any "corporate" reaction to her anger will be seen by everyone who can tweet during a live show as an empty temporary threat. The only person who could physically halt her is HHH, and lord knows he'll never be on the opposite side of Stephanie again.
She is an eternal authority figure with zero ability to be stopped by anyone else's desire. The best we can hope for is Reigns turning his back on her (a clever move), but again a temporary solution that will just send her in a rage which cannot truly be punished.
Meanwhile, Vince came out of nowhere last week and, with a Superman punch, made Roman Reigns look like friggin' gold. It could even be said, maybe, that the huge tide of fandom against Reigns is now gone, thanks to the last couple weeks - with Vince's dead to the world sell last week a major factor. And then Vince went away. That booking worked.
No booking will work to ease the Stephunami.
