TNA will be doing a live ONO PPV from Bethlehem, PA on Friday, January 8.
TNA was forced to do this because of the India tour being canceled. Originally, they were going to have a ONO PPV in India and air it in the U.S. on December 4. Since the tour was canceled, they had to air the already taped ONO they were planning to air in January.

Can't they just re-air the last one? I'm sure nobody would notice.

The ONO audience will consist of 100 paid, 300 comped, and a few vagrants that wandered in from the cold.

This will generate three buys.
Bob Ryder TJ Perkins (from in the building) Steve from Arkansas who purchased the show expecting a different kind of 'one night only show.'

Hasn't TNA had a bunch of one night only shows? Doesn't it then become more than one night?

Can't they just re-air the last one? I'm sure nobody would notice. It'd be consistent for them since it feels like WWE's doing the exact same thing with Raw nowadays.

Do they even make money off of these?

Do they even make money off of these? They can't, haha. I honestly think that's impossible. Who on earth buys these shows? Even if you're the most hardcore TNA fan around, come on brah. It seems like they only do it to fulfill PPV contracts that were set to last for several years.

Has there been any reports about how many PPV buys that the WWE is getting now that the Network is established? I can't imagine that TNA will get more than 2000 buys at this point.

I think I could start an Etsy page for homemade socks and get more buys than every One Night Only show ever.

The other thing to note is that One Night Onlys typically, and largely, are inconsequential PPVs that are separate from the Impacts and the regular "big" PPV events.
So these dudes will have to work even harder on something that the routinely make enough content for 6 or 7 of them in a few days of taping.

I watch Impact every week and I've never even thought of buying a One Night Only.

Survivor Series did around 67,000 (50,000 being international buys). That's actually below average as WWE's PPV business has stayed much steadier than anybody initially predicted with the rise of the Network.
