Those Mickey Mouse popsicles were one of those 'awesome memories from my youth' things.

Before I watched the video, I was thinking "Planters Cheese Balls and Pepsi Blue better be on there," and I was not disappointed. I still contend that Pepsi Blue would still be around if they had tied it to the Mountain Dew brand instead of Pepsi.

I miss Planter's Cheese balls dearly. All the other cheese balls just don't taste the same...

The only ones I didn't recognize was the Mr. T cereal and the Orbitz drink. The rest I've heard of, and also eaten.

It is 2015 running on 2016 and I still contend Oreo O's is the single most disgusting cereal I've ever had. It tasted like Oreos if you had the flu and just finished vomiting but still had the backwash taste in your mouth. I'm not much of a cereal guy, but to this day it's the only cereal I've never been able to stomach an entire bowl of. Hershey's Smores were SOOOOO damn good. I legit paused the movie and gave a little pity chuckle at that entry. To this day me and my family still call Kool-Aid Burst flavors by their Squeezit equivalent (part of the contributing factor to this is the fact we've almost never bought Kool-Aid Bursts). It still makes me sad those knock-offs overtook Squeezits. And maybe I just kept getting bad bags or something, but I remember pretty much having to suck on Butterfinger BBs Jawbreaker-style. I could and still can eat a Butterfinger bar without a problem, but every time I had Butterfinger BBs they wouldn't break open or anything. It was like eating chocolate covered pinballs. Before I watched the video, I was thinking "Planters Cheese Balls and Pepsi Blue better be on there," and I was not disappointed. I still contend that Pepsi Blue would still be around if they had tied it to the Mountain Dew brand instead of Pepsi. Supposedly the reason was the blue dye was considered toxic and some states threatened to not sell it. At least, that's what I heard. But I agree, it would've been much better suited for a Mountain Dew flavor, where the multi-flavor gimmick is actually a highlight of the brand. With Pepsi, it's pretty much that, diet, cherry, and that's it. Seems like each and every spinoff they do from that fails.

Two that I miss are chocolate Paydays and those cajun Ruffles they mentioned twice in that video. I would add Tato Skins, but I have heard they are still around somewhere, probably at a Big Lots.
Also, since Crystal Pepsi and Surge has made a comeback, where is Jolt and Josta?
But that is for another thread...

No PB Crisps? No Lost Twix flavors? No Hidden Treasures or Sprinkle Spangles cereals?
I am disappointed but not surprised at you, Mojo.

I loved Mr. T cereal when I was a kid, that stuff was great. I think the Batman cereal from 1989 was made from the same recipe, just shaped like Bat-signals instead of T's.

Also, since Crystal Pepsi and Surge has made a comeback, where is Jolt and Josta? But that is for another thread... I never got into Josta. My brother loved it, but I thought it tasted like Robitussin. I do miss me some Jolt, though. There used to be a little mom-and-pop convenience store between my hometown and the next town that carried Jolt up until they discontinued it, long after it was unavailable everywhere else, and I used to drive all the way out there just to get it. That's actually true about the blue dye. However, I'm sure that if it had been more successful, they would have just switched to a different dye rather than discontinuing it. And I think the main reason it wasn't successful is because people expected a soda with "Pepsi" on the label to taste like Pepsi, not berries, which wouldn't have been an issue if they had called it "Mountain Dew Code Blue" or something like that.
