The cast of Cheers, especially when Kirstie Alley join the cast and it focused less on Sam's love life.

Danny DeVito, Kaitlin Olson, Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenny, and Charlie Day from It's Always Sunny. Second. They're willing to take a lot of risks comedically that few others would.

Dad's Army had a fantastic cast of actors, some classically trained, some not and all fit their roles to perfection.

After laboring on it, I think this is the best answer. The "Saturday Night Live" casts of the late 1980s and early 1990s were a murderer's row of comedic talent. There were four legitimate A-list Hollywood actors in Chris Farley, Mike Myers, Chris Rock, and Adam Sandler and a dearth of supporting cast members who would go on to star or play significant roles in box office hits, including Dana Carvey, Phil Hartman, Rob Schneider, and David Spade. Not even the SNL cast of the early 2000s, which included Will Ferrell, Tracy Morgan, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Seth Meyers can hold a candle to the late 80s and early 90s stars.

The earlier SNL ensembles had some incredible talent, too. Like Chevy Chase, John Belushi, Bill Murray, Al Franken (who was in the early 90's cast, too), Dan Aykroyd, Eddie Murphy, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Billy Crystal, Laurie Metcalf, and Jane Curtin. And I think Gilda Radner would've been A-List if her life wasn't cut so tragically short.
You had like, four periods of SNL casts that were stacked on comedy talent and star potential. The original, Early 80's, Late 80s-Mid 90's, and 1999-Mid 2000's.

Danny DeVito, Kaitlin Olson, Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenny, and Charlie Day from It's Always Sunny. First to come to mind. All the main cast really pull their weight on that show. Other sitcoms may be stronger overall, but there tends to be at least one main cast person who is either not as strong or flat out weak. Not in Sunny! Although, I still think Dennis is the funniest character by far

Green Wing is up there for me.
As is Arrested Development.
Community probably had the most "ensembled" cast that was the funniest to me for its run on TV. The other two shows were usually fairly disjointed in terms of characters interacting, but Community had everyone interacting on the reg.
