Every RAW is the worst in your eyes. No, they aren't
I point out when I like a RAW, and have. These past few weeks have not been good and it all just cumulated in this weeks
You know a ton of people depict me as someone who is constantly negative but I point out positives when they're there
Key statement, when they're there.

Just to list off people who wrestled at the house show and couldn't be on Raw: Dolph Ziggler, Tyler Breeze, The Dudley Boyz, The Wyatt Family, Charlotte, Kane, Titus O'Neil, Bo Dallas, and Stardust These are at least the people who have been on the show lately. I don't mind those guys not being on RAW. I think WWE needs to realize that not every "marquee" name needs to be shoehorned into every show.

I made a New Year Resolution for all you guys: Stop watching RAW I'm not a negative person by any means, but seriously if the show is so horrible... listen to this guy.

I made a New Year Resolution for all you guys: Stop watching RAW I'm not a negative person by any means, but seriously if the show is so horrible... listen to this guy. There are plenty of reasons I watch RAW
And there are plenty of wrestlers I like
Cant predict who is going to show up and what it going to happen until it happens. Sometimes its good, sometimes it's like tonight, which was horrible.
Im just annoyed by people legitimately finding flaws in WWE's Programming being labeled as being negative and people who should just stop watching. I point out the flaws because I care and I watch because I care about the product and where it is headed.
If I didn't care, I wouldn't be here and I wouldn't have even made this thread

Not a matter of "shoehorned" as much as they're already short-handed and were even more short-handed due to these people not being there. They practically used everyone they have for Raw/Superstars as far as I can tell. Outside of some of the divas, they used legitimately everyone they have. The house show even used Axel/Sandow, Fandango, and Los Matadores because they had next to no one too. I'm certain next week's Raw will be a lot better thanks to less competition with no football, as well as everyone being there plus the title match.

Hyperbole, brother.
You have to at least admit the crowd was having at least some of it. The show was boring but nothing really stuck out to me as bad.

I think you're overreacting more than a tad. Show wasn't anything to write home about, but it was far from 'worst show ever' status. You may think that but check the actual RAW Thread where dozens of people are calling it one of the worst RAW's they've ever seen... Actually, I was following the RAW thread live and it was no different than most weeks, from what I usually read on break from class. People were generally joking around and having fun with the show and Vince's mugshot. You were most actively calling it the worst show from an early point in the show, using all caps for the tiniest of things and amplifying them with bursts of hyperbole. You cried about the crowd no-selling Cena (they didn't) and complained when someone said the crowd was lively (they were). No, it was far from a classic 1997 RAW, but to call it the worst of the year only adds it to the list of 34 other shows in 2015 you've called the worst of the year. At some point, it becomes hard to take these claims seriously when a relatively harmless show is demonized in a self-fulling prophecy of calling it terrible without giving anything a chance. These types of posts are exactly what people mean when they say WWE Current has gone down the tubes in negativity. There's room for not liking stuff, but to proclaim every other show the worst of all time is a bit much. I'll leave it at this. Show wasn't great, wasn't horrible. It was a RAW. I've been at CSULB every Monday night focusing on more important things, so this was my first week back watching the show and I'm far from offended from this televised wrestling show that I'm a fan of. Could have been more, but with a decent to good main event, a passable diva's match and a cool Owens/Ambrose angle, I'm not feeling the least bit miffed by spending 2 hours and change watching the show. I'm sorry you feel this way, dude.

Raw is more fun when it's horrible, there is more potential for humour in cynicism and disbelief where wrestling is concerned. I don't think people are too genuinely upset, well maybe a little bit, but raw is a medium which is conducive to enjoyable ranting and venting imo.

Other than Big Show and that oddly timed Lemmy tribute, I thought RAW was damn good. Loved that the police weren't shown as incompetent boobs for once and the jobber entrance for Owens actually went somewhere. Whatever. I wrote it as I saw it, if you saw it a different way, fine. At least someone was entertained even if I don't see how...
And The Police were dumb in my opinion. So what they didn't arrest Roman? They still looked dumb by essentially taking the entire segment away from Roman...

I don't know about it being the worst show of the year but definitely one of the worst. For sure.

The house shows always feature Axel/Sandow/Fandango, though. They just don't appear on Raw.

That makes zero sense. Zero. The "police" were there to write out Vince for the rest of the show, not to showcase Roman. They did what they were going for just fine.

They seemed pretty up and down the whole show but I heard fans making fan noises throughout. I don't think this show is the disaster that you say it is.

Axel, Sandow, Fandango and Los Matadores SHOULD be used more. I'm just saying that had there not been a house show on the same night, then they would've tried to shove the likes of Kane, Ziggler, Wyatt Family etc. onto RAW in some fashion and we likely wouldn't have gotten Ryder or Slater on RAW. I think that the bigger names should be saved for special shows while the mid card and lower guys are the ones who hold down the TV shows.

Who worked the house show?

Seriously though, while I didn't like the show, I would never call it the worst of the year. Especially when there was that horrible episode in March that had the amazing combo of Sting's fake voice, Undertaker's Johnny Cash lyric communication, and the show going like 15 minutes overtime for Randy Orton lethargically beating up Rollins.
