Mine is a pull-up. I consider myself a fairly athletic person for my age, but I still can't do a pull-up to save my life. My gym is chock-full of muscly skinny dudes cranking them out like nothing. Now while I am convinced this skill has no discernible use outside a Ninja Warrior course, I wish I could do one. One other thing? Run for any length and get that "runner's high". I ran a 5k and just about died. So other than "actually go to the gym", what's your fitness wish?

Dragon flags. Bruce Lee practically machine gunned these things out. Been trying to do just one for a month now and it's f'ing agony.

I would do anything to get back to running almost everyday again. I have knee tendinitis that I can't get to go away and I've gained some weight because of it.

I used to be able to do the splits across two chairs.
I would love to be able to get back into that shape again.

Play soccer without starting to cramp up badly after 20 minutes or less. Or pretty much any exercise that requires running in bursts.

Salmon ladder would be pretty badass to be able to do.
That said, I in no way want to put in the work to get to that point; cuz while badass, it's pretty damned pointless.

Back flip. I don't truly know if I can do it I just don't trust myself to not break my neck I see your back flip and raise you any kind of acrobatic move. I can't straighten out my arms, so I can't do cartwheels or flips, and my tumbling is straight up trash.

Tie my shoes without getting winded.

Back flip. I don't truly know if I can do it I just don't trust myself to not break my neck I used to be able to do front handsprings really well, but I could never do more than one poor back handspring. Just freaks me right out.

Climbing the rope. Never was able to until I got into the Army. Even then it took a lot of work. Then one day, I was able to do it. When my arms stung in pain, looked down. Looked up. I was closer to the top than the ground. Got 3/4th of the way up. But couldn't finish the run. I'd like to do that someday.
I was never a speed runner either, more of a distance guy. I can beat you by outlasting you.
