Why do I have the feeling most of those were typed under duress? I'm not really going to question their comments too much beyond the continued mixed and confused presentation of her on-screen character... These women have known her and worked with her for years, and they'd know how she really is a hell of a lot more than fans like us who only know her through a fictional character on WWE wrestling shows and a persona likely exaggerated for dramatic effect on Total Divas. I'm sure Nikki's a nice lady and genuinely popular backstage, but I do get the feeling in moments like this where someone 'makes a statement' that it's understood (if perhaps not explicitly stated) that they want their talent to chime in on social media in support of them. They definitely wanted to make some sort of point as a company, with their biggest female star as the mouthpiece, that they're down with female empowerment and to sum up a year of progress and great achievements for women in the company. Contrast that to when AJ won last year and (according to Meltzer) went off-script in praising the NXT girls, got heat for it and it was quickly swept under the carpet because they didn't like her praising a load of women most of the audience doesn't know but not mentioning the current talent like the Bellas, Natalya etc. This was like the official, company-approved version of that speech where no one was left out. It doesn't take away from the sentiment, although the fact that the person making the statement has spent most of the year playing a cheating heel that babyface characters have accused of 'holding women's wrestling back,' including the woman who stood admiringly by her side while she made the speech, muddles it completely. It's still a progressive step that they're willing to do this, and for once they actually have a lot to boast about in terms of the strides that have been made by the company's female talent. Though ironically, the kayfabe-breaking of already paper-thin characters shown by Nikki and Paige in delivering this message, and delivering it together, shows how there's still a long way to go before WWE 'get' how to make their women feel genuinely important.

I've read the thread title as "Nikki Bella's implants can't be denied" three times now.

Nikki Bella's Impact I bet would be a lot better than Dixie Carter's.

I love this Nikki Bella: Misawa's Young Girl thing. Much better than Nikki Bella: TALENTLESS C*** THAT STANDS IN THE WAY OF A PROPER WOMEN'S DIVISION. Stephanie is the problem. Nikki is just the symptom. Stephanie models the Divas division in her own image. Nipple H tries too hard to emulate the Fabulous Moolah. Keeping all the divas (and some male wrestlers) under her thumb is how she wields her power.
