Steamboat vs. Haku at a house show back in the fall of 1991. Swwet! I remember Meltzer saying that they were tearing it up in the opening match on the loop. No matches on tape, from what find...not even handhelds...what city? San Antonio. I kid you not - it was my first live event at 13 years of age, I only knew Ricky Steamboat as "the Dragon," my dad hadn't watched wrestling since the days of Gorgeous George and Duke Keomuka, and the card featured the likes of Hogan, Jake the Snake, and the LOD, and yet on the way home my dad and I kept talking about how the Dragon/Haku match stole the show.

El Hijo Del Santo VS Blue Panther, at an art show in Colchester in 2004. Very fun match. Primarily technical wrestling and counters, but with some high flying too for good measure.
Also, Flip Kendrick VS Louis Lyndon at AIW's Absolution VIII. It wasn't even a planned match, with Lyndon supposed to be going against the injured ACH, but it was so much fun. Excellent match, but Lyndon's pitch perfect heel work made it. I'd never heard of him before the show but walked away a fan.

Shawn Michaels & Chris Jericho & Edge vs. Batista & Ric Flair & Randy Orton. Raw House Show, "Tour of Defiance", May 27th 2004.
It won't really compete in terms of spectacle or performance like a lot of entries in this thread, but it's notable for a couple reasons. First, this was WWE's first time in Dublin, Ireland in over a decade and whilst there'd been a consistent, eager fanbase in the Republic, they'd gone relatively starved. Indeed, the unexpected demand of the first night lead to it selling-out immediately and a second was quickly announced. Altogether, the two nights, in the then considerably smaller Point Theatre/o2/3 Arena, grossed over a million in ticket-sales alone.
As consequence, what could have been a simple "get your shit in and get out" midcard house show match was vitalized by an absolutely awe-struck crowd. HBK's entrance near unglued my seat fixtures as the reaction was more fitting the arrival of a deity than that of a pro-wrestler.
That's pretty special unto itself, but when Flair entered, decked in his robe and turned on the apron to face the crowd, there was this moment I'll never forget. Before the expected sort of explosion for such a name, there was an ever so slight reverential hush as Flair scanned the crowd, then he let out the slightest of grins and the place just lost it. I, perhaps biasedly, like to think this response motivated the players beyond the usual run-of-the-mill, whistlestop live-event fare. Between Flair, Edge, Jericho, Orton and HBK (Batista had not quite found his funk at this point), it was like watching poetry performed by master practitioners

Probably the Triple threat at the 2015 Rumble. Other contenders would be Styles/Lethal at Final Battle 2015 and Bryan Danielson v Nigel McGuinness at an ROH show in Philly I forget that was taped and aired on an ROH PPV which i forget which

CM Punk vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania 29 was great. A perfect live spectacle. I once did New Years Eve in Times Square. I stood in the cold rain for 5 1/2 miserable hours, but when that last 30 minute countdown happened and I realized what I was doing, it became one of the most special, vivid memories of my life. I think of being at Punk-Taker live in the second row from the back of the balcony in the freezing, windy MetLife stadium the same way. Had it not been tarnished by the tweet two months later, Kevin Steen vs. Jay Briscoe at Supercard of Honor 7 was such a special, incredible moment to see live.

Probably Michaels vs. Undertaker at Mania 26 or Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns (vs. Seth Rollins) at Mania 31. The whole NXT show at San Jose might give those matches a run for their money as well.

1. Daniel Bryan vs HHH (Wrestlemania XXX) - Great match and the emotion in the Dome was unreal. Loudest "pop" I've ever heard 2. Demoltion vs Hart Foundation (1990 House Show) - First main event of my first live show. Fun match and my friend got mad at me for cheering for Demotion (He was a big Hart Foundation fan). 3. AJ Styles vs Elix Skipper (AAW Lafayette,LA) 67 minute time limit draw. Really fun match where both guys seemed to be just enjoying themselves in the ring and the crowd was having fun.

Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship, 2009. Edge snaking his way into the match got a HUGE pop, and the match that followed was excellent. The triple finisher to eliminate Cena got a ballistic reaction, and the final ten minutes with Edge and Rey was edge of your seat stuff.

2 Out of 3 Falls match for the British Cruiserweight Championship
Will Osprey vs Matt Sydal - Revolution Pro Wrestling
In London last May at the Summer Sizzler event, they put on 30 minutes of the most high octane wrestling you will ever. It was a perfect match. We later found out that due to travel issues, Sydal had basically got off the plane and arrived at the venue just in time for his match to begin.

The Smackdown Elimination Chamber match in 2011 was pretty good.
There are a handful of matches from KoT 2008 that stick out.
But I'd have to say that the Young Bucks vs WCTT in a Guerilla Warfare match - that was one of the best times I've had while watching a match in person.

No doubt. I've seen about seven shows there and they've really never let me down. Plus, I'm a big fan of most of their regulars anyways (Gargano, LeRae, Page(s), Kingston).
