Batista, Rey,Curt Hawkins, Cliff, Kidd, Gallows, Joe, Ziggler, Kofi, Hornswoggle and i think Y2J in on the list too. I don't know about Y2J. Punk implied in his podcast that he wasn't talking to Jericho because he felt like it would be fodder for a podcast. Can't blame Punk on that one with how two-faced Jericho comes off.

I don't think Owens cares for him. Didn't Punk jump him in front of everyone backstage at ROH for wrestling in a t-shirt?

This thread needs an annotated list of all the people Punk shook hands with and didn't while he was employed. Mods, I task you.

The time I saw Punk in person he was walking down the street with Domino. I actually have a story about that, actually. I used to live in Chicago, and one day, I was walking down the street in my neighborhood when I notice a couple dudes on bikes on the other side of the street. I immediately recognized Cabana, because I'd met him a couple times before just by chance, and he'd always been cool, but it took me a second to recognize the other guy. It wasn't until they were just out of the corner of my eye that I realized it was Punk. Never got the chance to talk to them, of course, because I'm not a lunatic that goes chasing down people on bikes, but just a strange day for me.

I heard him and Teddy Hart always got along well. He even helped Teddy measure a cage once or something. I am a little shocked at this. I could have sworn that those two had issues back when those two were in TNA. Of course, this may be old news or something. Then again, didn't a lot of people have issues with Teddy Hart?

I don't think Bryan saying they weren't great friends from back in the day is a knock against the guy so much as them just being two very, very different types of people personality-wise who, due to both being huge indie standouts, people just kind of lump into the same category and assume. He probably got asked about it enough that he put it into his book to try and snuff that assumption out because it went on too long in his eyes.

Someone on here told a story about seeing them in a supermarket and they ignored him when he first asked if they were Punk and Compton, to which the guy thought they didn't hear him. He asked again and they got pissed at him, pretty much telling the guy to leave them alone.

Punk's the kind of guy who, when you're in his circle, he's got your back no questions asked. I think respect means a lot to him too. He doesn't have to have coffee with you, but he can work with you. I've heard him say he has the utmost respect for Daniel Bryan. I don't know if they are particularly close friends, but I don't think he'd ignore a call from him. Judging from Bryan's book, they aren't particularly close friends. He really doesn't mention Punk that much. I don't think they hang out or anything, but there is a lot of respect. Punk specifically points out Bryan as everything that is good about wrestling in his infamous callout of Teddy Hart's ego, whereas Bryan is humble and doesn't act like a douchebag. He also put him over as much as he could on commentary, as well as focusing on his bond with Regal, rather than HBK as the other commentators did.

That's the joke they're making, about the whole "God isn't real and the cage WASN'T 30 FEET!" post Punk made about Teddy Hart, mocking him after his getting shitcanned by ROH for leaping off the cage without warning onto other wrestlers, and vomiting after showboating. Punk loathes Teddy, both for the TNA thing and that.

Punk dissecting an interview Teddy gave about getting fired.

He probably gets along with Cena because if he didn't we'd have heard about it by now.

It's kind of weird how obsessed we are with Punk's personal life. Like there isn't any threads of other wrestlers friends in the business. It's always CM Punk.
