Romero's also super talented with music, editing, etc. Very skilled dude, has a lot to offer in every facet of the company. He is? I love the Roppongi Vice theme song haha So is he the one making theme songs? Yeah, he's did the Forever Hooligans theme too, and I believe has done both production themes and entrance themes for a few indie guys and gals as well. He also creates in-house production music for commercials/networks. Dude knows what he's doing.

I think he did the current Bullet Club theme as well, at least was given credit on a few ROH shows for it.

Why that many people will want to leave NJPW?

Why that many people will want to leave NJPW? Money crossing off the bucket list Bordem Or a combination of those and more who really knows , I doubt money though since all I have heard that if NJPW wanted to match if not outbid WWE for those guys they could easily do it so I chalk it up to them just wanting to say they atleast were in WWE even if just for a cup of coffee.

Can't say I'm excited about this, as I don't really foresee WWE using these guys in any way that would interest me.
However, I can definitely understand the feeling that this may force Gedo to finally freshen up his main event approach. Just because a "big four" worked for AJPW in the early 90s doesn't mean it's the model NJPW should be following now, not if it stalls out guys like Goto, Naito, or Shibata. Hopefully this opens doors for them; hell, agreed, get Elgin in there more often, too.
Still, it sounds like nothing here is finalized in terms of where the guys are going, so no jumping to conclusions just yet.
One thing: I'm glad to see Kenny take over Bullet Club, but I remember wishing after WK 9 that they'd run with that story back then. Should've had Kenny win the Jr. Title the way he did, have AJ win the Heavy title the way he did, but then start showing that Kenny was jealous of Styles, or even depict AJ as "getting soft" as the year went on...that way it could've included Kenny convincing Karl "he's going soft, like Devitt!" So right outcome, but it would've been so much more fun with a good build up.

I'm also down for Omega to be the new top gaijin wrestler for NJPW. With him and the Bucks (I'm guessing they won't sign with WWE in the near future), Bullet Club is back down to a better size. Keep it a small, tight knit group (though I could take or leave Hall/Owens).
But yeah, NJPW isn't exactly hurting for talent. This could be one of those things where WWE thinks they're really stealing all the top talent from another company, but really just allowing NJPW to elevate new stars.
I mean, realistically, WWE isn't going to give any of these guys a huge push as they've already got "their guys" that they're running with. Everyone else they bring in are just supporting players in the Cena/Roman/HHH show.
But like others have said, the upside is that may mean Omega, Ibushi, Goto, Shibata get moved up a notch and NJ brings in dudes from other promotions to fill the undercard - which gives guys like Ricochet, Sydal and other DG guys a shot as well as bringing other US indie dudes. Sometimes a mass exodus is the best thing to happen to a company, especially since there is no shortage of wrestlers who are more than capable of filling those spots.

Game set match Could not say it any better. It looks bad on paper for NJPW to lose 2 of their big 4 but it just may be the other way around and with WWE's oh so stupendous creative track record the hype is gonna die really quickly.

I echo the sentiment of how weird things are.
I feel we're in for a fun-albeit-weird transitional year before an all-out great year, like 1997 and 1986.
But seriously, Imagine sitting down with someone on January 5th 2014 and explaining how much the landscape was going to change.

Kenny still has no interest in WWE right now (and the fact he's about to get a megapush in New Japan probably doesn't hurt) and the Bucks are LOVED by the New Japan guys. They've saud literally everytime they come back from a tour they're given more money so they don't go to WWE.

Maybe after headlining the next Wrestle Kingdom or two, but now they have such a unique shot at spotlight and money.

Bucks just signed a new deal with ROH which allows them to continue working PWG and obviously they will still work in Japan. So, I don't see them making any moves to NXT/WWE any time soon. Omega is taking over the Devitt/Styles role and declared his intentions to move up to heavyweight and challenge Nakamura. If Nakamura does decide to leave, you'd think they just set-up Omega to beat him for the title, but you never know.

Last I read about the Bucks and WWE, they said that they weren't interested in going to NXT; they don't want to relocate their families to Florida, and don't want to knock down their earnings that much in the process. What they DID say, however, is that they could imagine a future where guys they know are in charge or in other positions of authority at WWE, and one might call them some day and say "hey Bucks, want to show up on Monday night?", and that would get their interest, even for just a short term appearance.

Kenny Omega will never go to WWE because he does not want Sami Zayn to piss in his boots.
