What are some feuds/angles that you can remember starting during a Royal Rumble match? Ex: Angle eliminating HBK in 2005. It was cool how HBK/Taker being the final two in 2007 foreshadowed what would happen during 2009 and 2010 too.

Cena vs. Batista at Royal Rumble 2005. It foreshadowed that both men would become the top stars of WWE, and that one day they would do battle.........at SummerSlam

Hogan/Sid, I thought it was hilarious (mainly Sid's reactions)

Jim Duggan and The One Man Gang being the final two in the first Rumble foreshadowed that Duggan would soon be King and the Gang would become a fat white African.
Ax and Smash being #1 and #2 foreshadowed their later breakup due to unrelated circumstances.
Dory Funk Jr.'s participation in the Rumble led to the highly successful Invasion angle with BANG!
DEMENTO'S SCARED! DEMENTO!
HBK's one foot was the basis for his later feud with Zack Gowen and Zach Gowan

Maven drop kicking the Undertaker out of the ring lead to..something, didn't it?
And Kane coming back in to eliminate Punk would have lead to a storyline if Kane hadn't chokeslammed him out of existence.

Lesnar and Goldberg officially started at Rumble 2004 when Lesnar interfered. They had a brief backstage angle at Survivor Series 2003 when they were both champions.

Maven won the Hardcore title from Undertaker, via interference by The Rock, but that was more to do with the Rock vs. Undertaker match build up for No Way Out.

Rock vs Big Show at No Way Out 2000 which led to Rock vs Big Show vs Mick Foley vs HHH for the title at Wrestlemania 2000

Maven eliminating The Undertaker lead to Undertaker kicking the shit out of Maven a few times. The moral is "Don't Cross The Taker"

If rumors were true, it would've paved the way to Punk vs. Triple H at WM30, with a Kane match likely happening beforehand at Elimination Chamber.

Undertaker eliminating Kane at the 2003 Royal Rumble led to Kane interfering in Undertaker's Buried Alive match with Vince McMahon at Survivor Series that year.

Kane vs King Booker started at the 2007 rumble and led my favourite segment ever: King Booker at the movies where he reviewed See No Evil. "I'VE SEEN SCARIER MOVIES WATCHING MUPPETS! MUPPETS I SAY!" Gotta love some Oscar winning King Booker

HBK v Taker 2 started when Shawn didn't win the rumble. He then went on to cost Taker the title at Elimination Chamber when Taker was the defending World Heavyweight Champion.

Booker T/Kane, I want to say in the 2007 one. Pretty much doing it exactly how HBK/Angle did years prior

The greatest feud of all time..... Giant Gonzalez vs. The Undertaker. So, I just started at Royal Rumble 1988 and have been working my way through all of them. This was, by far, one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. Nothing could be more awkward than a 7 ft tall Brazilian (I think?) with a full beard and fake muscle suit (with added fur of course).
