AJ and Sasha have to be pretty close, at least as far as I heard.

The pop Kofi stole from the fan at ringside.

I kid. Very close tie between AJ Styles and Sasha Banks, though Triple H comes in at a much closer second than I expected.

AJ's pop was ridiculous, shame that they missed out on the tron. I guess they were half-expecting people not to know who he is and commentary/WWE champion's reactions could show viewers that he's kind of big deal.

With all due respect to the people voting for Sasha Banks or saying it was close, you're talking yourselves into that. Believe me, I'm a Sasha Banks fan, but the reaction she received and the reaction A.J. Styles received were night and day. The pop for Styles was arguably one of the 10 loudest pops in WWE history, it rivaled just about anything we ever heard in the Attitude Era.
Don't get me wrong, Sasha got a great reaction, but it was just that: a great reaction. The reaction for Styles was otherworldly.

Had it not been for AJ Styles, Sasha would have had this. She had the biggest pop outside the RR match.

AJ was loudest by a mile.
I'd say HHH's was more or less second, ahead of Sasha. Reigns getting dumped out was up there too.

R-Truth's Ladder spot got a hell of a good pop
And I have to say the aftermath of Reign's elimination with Dean in the Final Two seemed to carry over from Roman being eliminated to that moment of realization.

But, lets not get ahead of ourselves here..... I'm quite serious. Unless it was a sound effect from Styles' theme song, that reaction was a guttural roar the likes of which we haven't heard in more than a decade.

As good a pop as AJ got, both Brock returning in 2012 and Ziggler cashing in on Del Rio were far louder, good sir.

But...to say it'd would have been one of the 10 best pops of the Attitude Era? Naw, man. Just...naw. The difference between the GREAT pops of the A.E. vs. a Great Pop now? The great A.E. pops sustained beyond the initial "OMG! HE'S HERE!" To the point that you couldn't hear the music for most of the entrance (or longer) That was not the case with AJ....again, don't debate it was a great, loud pop, but it's not on that level.

THAT was a massive, sustained pop.
