He should respectfully shut up until Bryan himself says whatever he wants and needs to.

Breaking News audio? If Dave and Bryan call it a shoot then I'm 99% it's a shoot.

This news sucks, but Daniel Bryan had one helluva career in a short period of time.
The initial storyline with him and Miz was great.
Team Hell No was really entertaining and memorable.
His World Hesvyweight Champion run on Smackdown was awesome. He was such a little prick and i wanted him to get beat. I onow alot of people hated 16 seconds, but that was a great way to see such a douche of a character finally humbled.
His struggle and fight to become WWE Champion that culminated with a Wrestlemania that will never be forgotten.
D-Bry was an smazing talent and I'm glad i was able to follow all of his WWE career.

Yeesh, and people are telling Sheamus to kill himself on Twitter already. So f***ing stupid, considering they're buddies IRL.

I hope he gets one of those ceremonies where people come out to pay their respects if it's legit.

He's had a career 99% of wrestlers will never, ever have, and I'm glad he can at least get out with his health, even if it's a bummer. Shame that we'll never get that Nakamura/Bryan match especially since they're in the same company now. I can't see this being a work.

If this doesn't end with the Authority attacking him and making this whole thing somehow about Roman Reigns, I'll eat a delicious sandwich. A delicious sandwich? I'll take this bet as well.

Finally we've seen the back of that goat faced troll Maggle! This retirement is fun to watch!

Telling Sheamus to kill himself is cruel and douchebaggy, but people are understandably upset. One of the best wrestlers in the world didn't get to have the rightful run on top that he deserved because WWE was too set in their ways and too focused on the guys that they wanted to get over, guys that many fans deemed lesser than Bryan. I'm upset about that as well (and I like Sheamus).

I hope he gets one of those ceremonies where people come out to pay their respects if it's legit. At the Edge retirement show, instead of a dark match, John Cena came out and told the crowd that Edge left the arena, because he was upset, which led everyone in the arena to chant thank you, Edge. **I don't remember there being a dark match

He should respectfully shut up until Bryan himself says whatever he wants and needs to. Why? This thread itself is a vessel to talk about Bryan before he himself says what he wants to.

He should respectfully shut up until Bryan himself says whatever he wants and needs to. Or as a reporter he can do his job and cover the story.

It's a sad day, but I'm not shocked. I didn't have a positive feeling about him coming back, for likely a year now.
The victim of a bad injury (accumulation, really), a refusal to adjust his style and a very tough time with massive scrutiny on concussions and lawsuits combined to halt things for him.
I'm grateful as hell for the quality matches and him being able to embrace the entertainment side through stuff like Team Hell No. Just as I'm happy that he can enjoy a good standard of health in retirement and not risk harsher injury.
