I remember on one of the Kayfabe Commentaries releases with Sunny there is an exchange that goes something like...
Sunny: It doesn't even matter. I just lie during shoots anyway.
*Sean Oliver frowns*
Sunny:...Well, except here.

Scott Steiner not remembering ever being in the Varsity Club in his Highspots shoot interview. The most awkward shoot interview I ever watched.

Pick any of Ole Anderson's shoots. It always gets awkward from around the time it starts up to the point it ends, and then a little bit after.

Scott Steiner not remembering ever being in the Varsity Club in his Highspots shoot interview. The most awkward shoot interview I ever watched. But Scott Steiner WASN'T in the Varsity Club. Rick was. Also, as far as awkward goes, that very first lengthy Iron Shiek RF shoot where a good portion is him attempting to buy drugs over the phone.

HBK doing a shoot interview with a huge wad of tobacco in his mouth. This was his 1998 RF Shoot. I'm sure he nearly outs himself for knowing about the Screwjob and then catches himself at the last second. He says something to the effect of "Vince said to me 'No matter what ANYONE says................Bret doesn't like you..." Every other time he's told the Screwjob story since he says "No matter what anyone says, deny it". I'm guessing that is what he was read to say here too.

A fan pours his heart out during a question to Scott Hall for his YouShoot. Talks about his own personal demons and his strained relationship with his father, and compares it to Scott Halls demons. Scott basically laughs at the question and gives a non-chalant answer ending with "but hey, good luck with your demons, Sal." in a sarcastic tone.

Scott Steiner not remembering ever being in the Varsity Club in his Highspots shoot interview. The most awkward shoot interview I ever watched. I haven't seen it myself (and maybe it was cut from the final product) but Mike Johnson has said that when he interviewed Warrior for the Ringside Collectibles DVD in 2005, he mentioned how Warrior made his MSG debut against so-and-so, and Warrior simply denied it, saying it was against someone else. "No, I didn't" "Yes, I assure you did"

Vader in a shoot I saw was whispering like he was 14 on a school night on Mr. Skin, trying not to get busted.

Kevin Sullivan being obsessed with the fact that he thought the X Games were the hot new thing stealing wrestling fans in like 2010.
And Gabe Sapolsjy and the Kayfabe Commentaries guy not having the heart to correct him.

Maybe not from a shoot interview but one thing that always drove me nuts is that the one thing Chris Benoit says about Bret Hart in his big first DVD back is "he made it COOL to be one of the Hitmen."
He's been in with that family for long enough that you have to think he had better things to say than that that didn't make the cut. Was there a point where it wasn't cool to be a fan of Bret's that Bret had to do something to make it cool? What was the tipping point that made it cool? And since when do fans of Bret's start calling themselves the Hitmen? I still haven't gotten over it.
