As in moves that are arguably more dangerous than they are exciting-looking, or moves where the danger is the only thing that makes what would otherwise be a fairly mundane move stand out. I don't mean moves like the Flying Headbutt, since that still counts as a high flyer-ish move and can still have that wow factor.
In my opinion, pretty much all of the Back Drop/Suplex variations that drop the receiver on their heads or the back of the neck count as this. I would argue most suplexes have pretty much the same 'visual value' and that how one holds the opponent before flipping them over doesn't really make the move any more or less exciting. The Tiger Suplex variants and pretty much every style of Back Drop make me cringe even just seeing the animation in Fire Pro Wrestling.
Pretty much the only wow factor I get from watching Back Drops is "Wow, that can't be good for your spine".

Every basic move, pretty much. From my perspective, as a viewer:
Legdrop? Compresses your spine. Elbow drop? Your hips and possibly shoulder gets the brunt of the impact. Body slam? Can mess up your back and neck if you land wrong. Clothesline? Bad for tendons and rotator cuff in your shoulder if done with impact.
Our resident wrestlers might correct me. I've never bumped in my life.
Much respect to all workers. Wrestling is hard on your body.

Yeah, begins and ends with the backdrop driver, for me. It doesn't look cool; the whole mystique is that it's like *really* hurtful and dangerous, like for real, unlike other phonier wrestling moves.

The Vertibreaker is trash. Complicated to set up, looks real stupid and can mess you up really bad if botched. It's just such a dumb move. If you wanted to drop someone on their head, just tombstone them. Why are you wasting your time with some complicated arm business that requires you to drop down on your ass?

The WWE account promoting a video in 2016 titled "20 brains that got busted" on their shows.... probably not the best idea.

Coup De Grace. Looks clumsy on a good day, and so many ways it can go wrong.

More specifically The WWE account promoting a video titled "20 Brains that Got Busted" right around the time one of their major stars retired due to concussion issues isn't the best idea

Basically all the striking moves aren't that impressive to most people, but they are overly dangerous and can hurt you real bad in real life.

I've never bumped in my life. Much respect to all workers. Wrestling is hard on your body. The legdrop depends on how you take it. If you just land straight on your ass, that's bad news (hypocritical of me to say because I would always use the big man ass bump and jump really high for it) but if you land more on your side with your thigh and forearm taking the bump, it's not too bad. f*** doing diving legdrops though, did one off the second rope once on a crash mat and said immediately after there's no way I'm ever doing that on the ring. Then again, a man my size should never be doing it anyway. Elbow drop also depends. If it's just your hip you're landing on, that's bad. But if you take it all down the leg or on your back (Shane McMahon style) with a correct bump, it's OK. Any back bump can mess you up if you don't know how you take it. That's why training always starts with taking basic bumps. Then the first actual move you learn how to take is the slam. FWIW, I've never hurt my shoulder with a clothesline but you easily could if the guy taking it completely brickwalls you.

Hogan's back problems are mostly because of his rather lame finisher.

Yeah, he was still trying ot get clearance but he didn't retire at that point.

The Alabama Slam is the one I've been hearing a lot lately. I've heard it described as "concussion city."
