You can't just have a moment? You can't just let us watch one of the most beloved wrestlers of all time celebrate with his family among adoring fans after his retirement speech? You HAD to plug the f***ing Network and that stupid show.
JESUS. This company sometimes.

Enough with this bullshit please. All you took away from last night was the Network being plugged so people can continue watching Bryan be man of the people? Come on brah

Why do you even care? It's literally a miniscule moment in large mosaic of classiness. They let the show run half an hour over its end time despite knowing financial consequences, and looked out for the best interests of a guy, when we've heard so many tales of people being told to keep going until it's too late. Good progress.

It's a decent enough show.
Of course they're going to plig what's coming up next on the network whilst they have a captive audience of over 3 million.
WWE is a business at the end of the day.

It was a split-second plug and, at the end of the day, they are still a business trying to get over a new show. Mentioning Ride Along hurt nothing.

Hey, the send-off was great. The speech was great, the fans were great. It was great.
But man, really? You can't just let the show end in silence? For once?

In that split second, the entire memory of Bryan was erased. His whole legacy dissolved. He no longer existed.

Dude retired. It was sad and he got a half hour to do it. Afterwards, the show must go on.

Ha ha, you know I'm genuinely surprised by the reactions here. I actually scrolled down before starting this thread because I thought someone else would have made this thread first, and I certainly didn't expect everyone to disagree with me.
(Shrugs) just me then, I guess.

This is worse than the time they tried to ruin his WM30 moment by having Hogan, Rock and Austin open the show to overshadow him. The crowd barely noticed when he won.

Oh, and the NERVE of USA Network to just casually air another show as soon as it was over.
Couldn't they have had the decency to just go dark for, I don't know, a couple of days to properly observe the moment?

Some people may have missed the subtlety of the joke.

This thread reminds me why I always used to get you mixed up with idislikeeverything. I'm outraged that "Rapey Sackboy" Finn Balor wasn't there to celebrate Bryan's career.

(Shrugs) just me then, I guess. I noticed it too. In the moment and kinda rolled my eyes, but as someone else here said man, its a business. And for being such a shrill business, they were mighty nice and respectful towards old DB.
