Which one stands out for you? If you were to pick out a match to show future generations why he was adored, what would you pick?

Not sure about greatest, but my favorite moment will always be Wrestlemania 30.

Bryan had a gauntlet thing with Swagger, Cesaro and Ryback on RAW in July 2013. Just as they were gearing up for his title win at Summerslam. It should be a blueprint as to how a resilient babyface takes on the odds. He taps out Swagger, has an excellent exchange with Cesaro that sees Bryan eek out a win by turning Cesaro's uppercut into a roll-up and ultimately defeats Ryback by DQ, yet stands in the ring at the end to do the glory "you didn't down me, muthaf**ka" spot. He did something similar with Rowan and Harper the following January (the night of his controversial Wyatt membership). I know a lot of folk say Ricky Morton does the "face-in-peril" gig the best, but, for my limited money, few looked as credible and as vulnerable as Bryan in stack-the-deck scenarios.
His work with Wyatt at the infamous Rumble 2014 merits mentioning as making Wyatt look like a beast with remaining a competitive spectacle. Furthermore, that A+ thing he did with HHH at WM30 was just so fantastically plotted bit of "David vs Goliath" I've seen since Flair vs Vader (I mention that match way too much). It's so beautiful in how the Cerebral Assassin's precision-engineered dissection of Bryan slowly unravels in the face of the "Yes" movement. Also, Hunter hits a tiger-suplex, which must've killed some betting man somewhere.
There's so many "great" matches, and I love them all, but this is the assortment that I can say made me an unapologetic fan of the guy's work.

Triple H.
That match is a clinic. That is how you use more complex moves but make them matter. Absolute genius from both guys.

His match against sheamus at extreme rules was my match of the year in 2012. Summerslam with Cena was my match of the year in 2013.
I'd say the summerslam match was his best work in wwe. He was awesome all year though.

Haven't seen it in a while but he had an excellent match with Orton on Raw in June 2013.

Loved his match with Triple H at Wrestlemania 30. Also any match with the Shield.

Believe it or not, Meltzer didn't rank many of Daniel Bryan's WWE matches all that high. In fact, not counting MITB Ladder Matches, only 8 of his matches cracked 4 stars:
4.5 stars
5/20/12 WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan (Over the Limit) 12/16/12 TLC Match: Team Hell No & Ryback vs. The Shield (TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs) 8/18/13 WWE Champion John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan (SummerSlam) 4/6/14 Triple Threat Match: Daniel Bryan vs. WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Batista (WrestleMania 30) 2/22/15 Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns (Fastlane)
4.25 stars
7/15/12 No Disqualification Match: WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan (Money in the Bank) 6/10/13 Daniel Bryan vs. Seth Rollins (RAW) 4/6/14 Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H (WrestleMania XXX)
He did have a lot of 4 star matches, most notably the 2/3 Falls Match with Sheamus from Extreme Rules 2012, and the portion of the Gauntlet Match against Cesaro from the 7/22/13 RAW.
I honestly thought he would have more matches with higher ratings, but I'd say that's a pretty fair Top 10 as far as his WWE career goes.

Put me on board with the Bryan vs Triple H match. Best match for both men, best feud for both men. A culmination of a storyline that began in 1995.

Bryan vs. Sheamus, 2 out of 3 falls, Extreme Rules '12.
I will never forget Bryan hanging off the second rope, exhausted, beaten, and smiling at the camera as they announced he had lost the first fall via DQ.

You h it on something that I think can't be understated as its own art. You mentioned Ricky Morton, and I am on board as saying he's one of the absolute best "face in peril" artists I've ever seen. Bryan was right there, and those two were the Picasso and Rembrandt of that particular story. Absolute masters at pullilng you in, making you give a damn. Predetermined, we all know it, but they had the magic of, even for one second, pulling you into "kill that soneofbitch" headspace. Its' a small thing, maybe it doesn't matter as mu ch as it once did, but...I will always love those who are able to do little things like that to make me forget, even for a second, how jaded I am.

I think I'd say Triple H, Cena, or the 2-out-of-3-falls match with Sheamus.

The Sheamus 2/3 falls match is my go-to "This is my favorite wrestler and this is why you will adore him" match. Especially notable for how Bryan and Sheamus managed to turn the crowd around to rooting for Sheamus by its end.
The Triple H match is also a glorious, beautiful gem of Bryan's WWE work.
From ROH, my picks are his first match with Takeshi Morishima; his ROH title defense against KENTA; and his bid for the title against Nigel McGuinness at the 8th Anniversary Show.

My favorite match of his was the Triple H match from Mania 30. Just an absolute thrilling match with a satisfying conclusion, especially with what happened at the end of the night.

During that "weakest link" angle, he had an awesome Street Fight with Orton on Smackdown.
Funny how their TV matches were way better than their PPV encounters.

Overall, his match with Nigel McGuinness at the ROH Unified show. It's probably my favourite match ever and I still kick myself to this day for not getting tickets to that show. Also, their match at the Driven show (taped at Domination but aired with the Driven PPV) a year or so later was out of this world amazing too. Really, any time those two collided it was magical. Two amazing performers who tragically had their careers cut way too short.
In WWE, as already mentioned, it's hard to look past the Triple H match at WrestleMania XXX. The moment of him tapping Batista out in the main event to win the Title will always be the defining moment but as a pure match with the emotion and the story, Bryan vs. Hunter just takes the cake. Him vs. Cena (Summerslam), Sheamus (Extreme Rules), Punk (Over The Limit) and Wyatt (Rumble) are also well worthy of a mention.
