The only thing stupider than Bryan going back to wrestle would be any company that sends him out there. He at least can blame brain damage for not thinking clearly. So TNA will call him within a week guaranteed. Then if we get another Beniot thing happen TNA will be shat on by everyone with any sense of anything. They deserve to go out of business when you have someone who has major brain issues to go out an bang their brains up even more. the Mainstream Media will still blame the WWE. Because no one has any idea that TNA is a thing. Bryan: "Ladies and gentlemen.....my name is Daniel Bryan....and I am the advocate....for AJ STYLES!" Funny you mention a manager role, because I'd actually love to see him with American Alpha. Chad Gable in particular I see a lot of Bryan in, in terms of natural ability and quirky charisma. Only problem with him as a manager is they couldn't include him in any physical interactions which limits what you can do as a manager. Also it might make him miss actually being in the ring.

I agree about SOME retired guys fit for a managing role, but I don't think Bryan has the charisma for it. Dude was excellent in-ring and for short, intense promos or regular length fun promos... I honestly think that, if WWE doesn't make him run his contract out backstage or in the performance center, he'll probably take some time to try out other things. If nothing works out, he'll have left WWE on good terms and will return to do either of those things.

I think he could be used for different Network content. He could do.... - a weekly Make a Wish type show that highlights WWE's charity endeavors. He seemed to allude to wanting to help people in his ESPN interview. This could be an opportunity to do that while still within the WWE family. -weekly show where he breaks down a wrestling match with a different guest every week. Like one week he could watch a Dynamite Kid match with Tyson Kidd and a week after watch a Eddie match with Sasha Banks, etc. They could analyze it and talk about the merit of each match. Bryan still clearly loves wrestling, and is a student of it, so why not embrace it? I was thinking the same thing with him hosting a show on WWE network breaking down matches. Let them take fan suggestions and almost review them, talk about what made the match good or bad, what people were thinking and so on. Also use him as a talent scout like Regal and a few others.

Yeah, even though he has expressed his dislike of training, I could see him as a good scout, and liason between indie talent. I could also see him as a hybrid Regal/Patterson for talent once the they call it a day.

He could do commentary. Remember that episode of Saturday Morning Slam where he spent the match ranting about bears? That was gold.

The only thing stupider than Bryan going back to wrestle would be any company that sends him out there. He at least can blame brain damage for not thinking clearly. So TNA will call him within a week guaranteed. What is Bryan Danielson doing in The Impact Zone?! You're welcome, FAN!

So TNA will call him within a week guaranteed. Reminds me of something funny. I can't remember which station ran the interview, but during the rounds for his dvd or book, he was asked if he thought of joining TNA when he was briefly fired in 2010. Bryan, in the most respectful, nicest manner possible, flat out just says he'd make more money doing the indies than what TNA would ever offer him.
