Bryan's now added to the list so I have to ask, who else on the current roster will get a speech? Flair, HBK, Edge and now Bryan. Mind you guys, Christian didn't get a speech, not many people do so, who's getting it?

I think Bryan got one because of the extraordinary circumstances. Chiefly it was a conclusion to a few years of speculation about his health.
Often, guys will just fade out or be 'fired' as a kayfabe exit even if they're stars that get featured a lot.

Not many guys in the WWE will get them. Cena will, for sure. He'd love that shit. Undertaker could but won't want one. Same for Kane, I'd imagine. Big Show? Possibly, if he ever actually retires. That's about it, though.
Edge and Bryan stand out because of the suddenness of their retirements and the fact that each guy was in a position on the card/with the audience where they had to let them say sayonara.

I could see Orton doing one Is it wrong that upon reading this, all I can think is that he'd probably get a "what" chant?

Undertaker would be offered one, but would probably turn it down. Cena's obvious. Big Show and Kane both would probably get one. After that though...hard to say.

Honestly, I only see Cena getting one. Had Bryan's retirement been under any other circumstances, I highly doubt he'd have gotten one.

Mark Henry should announce his actual retirement 100% identically to his fake out retirement. Then, when Cena comes out to tease one more match, we get called puppets again. This time, however, there actually isn't any gas left in the tank.

The only one I could really see is Cena. MAYBE Orton depending on how sudden it is.

I could see Orton doing one The speech will take all three hours plus the overrun, and will consist of exactly eight sentences.

I think it just depends on who wants to. A lot of wrestlers might not feel comfortable putting themselves out there like that, and fewer still might be able to accept they're not ever coming back to the ring.
I do think WWE would allow more of them to do it than we may expect, though it might not close out a show or something, or go without heels interfering, etc. Lillian Garcia got to give a speech, and she came back, anyway.

Outside of Cena, I can't see anyone except for maybe Mark Henry and his will be similar to Tajiri's where it was two minutes of him thanking the fans.

Trips. it'll last three hours. And end with him making out with Shawn in the middle of the ring?
