Eddie and Tajiri, their title loss led to Eddie's very brief heel turn in 2003 I was at the SD taping following Eddie's "turn" where he was explaining his actions. Fans couldn't care less what he had to say. They just cheered the shit out of him. I think that was right around the time the WWE realized they might have a money babyface on their hands in him.

Remember Undertakers Hardcore title reign? I remember the kick ass match with RVD where he won it but nothing else really about it. His heel Big Evil run was so underrated but he couldn't get booed for shit because he was such a cool heel

What championship reigns have you ended up forgetting about? Clearly the answer to this thread is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ because if you can remember it off-hand enough to post, then you can't say you forgot about it. Yeah, I didn't think this one through all the way. I think I figured maybe the thread title would cause people to look back and think, "wait, so and so did hold a title."

Big Show's first WWF title run. Can't remember any other match he had besides the one he lost to H at the end Its the most memorable one for me as this is when he fueded with The Big Bossman.

I didn't know until yesterday that The Dudleys were WWE Tag Team Champions. Obviously I knew they held the World Tag Team titles multiple times but the current tag straps used in WWE I don't remember them holding those.

Wasn't there some ugly, vertically challenged Canadian who held the WHC in 2004? Nah, that's crazy talk.

Totally forgot about Spike and Tazz being tag champions back in early 2002 until I bought all the DVDs from that year. The only reason i remember this was because i believe the night after No Way Out 2002 they lost the titles to Billy & Chuck who were in the Tag Team Turmoil match to see who would go to Mania X8 against the champs, which the APA ended up winning. But the team that really wasn't in contention won the belts and it ended up being a Fatal 4 Way at Mania making the #1 Contenders match pointless as seeing how the last 4 teams in that match were the 4 to go to Mania. The other two teams in that match Scotty & Albert and Storm & Test (who took Christians place since he was in the European title match againxt DDP) were on Sunday Night Heat in a 6 man tag adding in Rikishi and Mr. Perfect into the fold while Spike was a part of that Hardcore Title run around and Tazz didn't even make it onto the Mania card.

Kid Kash won the cruiserweight belt at the end of 2005, but lost it fairly quickly to Gregory Helmes at the very next PPV. Helmes held it longer (a year plus) but not much was made of that.

Honestly i hated his title run as he held it won it at No Way Out 2006 and lost it at No Way Out 2007 when it looked like Jimmy Wang Yang would have actually FINALLY won the belt but instead have Chavo win it. That and it cut the legs out from Jimmy Wang Yang who was actually pretty popular at this time.

The Headbangers were Tag Team Champions at one point. They actually had a longer reign than Too Cool

Ric Flair and Roddy Piper were tag team champions in 2006 for like a week...
Though I don't think it's officially recognized, I think Kane won the European Title at a House Show but never had it on TV...

I realised I remember nothing about Jericho's European title reign in 2000. It just seemed to get hotshotted to Eddie to start the Mamacita stuff with Chyna
