We're 42 days out and outside of the main event, the only match that feels like a sure thing is Sasha Banks versus Becky Lynch versus Charlotte for the Divas Championship.

I'm gonna go ahead and post it and probably eat my words later, but I officially predict Stone Cold as Taker's opponent. The newz that it wasn't someone on the roster, the fact that the majority of the card is lacking in star power and Austin being in the hype video are my flimsy evidence. We'll see tomorrow.

I am expecting Cena to answer an open challenge from Taker. He's being too coy about things and looked in awesome shape at the 500 today.

Here's a graphic I prepared earlier, based on the recent TV graphics redesign done by UFC...

Kevin Owens vs Kalisto to unite the Intercontinental and US titles to create the.....eh.....Intercontinental title.
Honestly, though, I fully anticipate both midcard titles to be subject to multi-men schmozzes of some description.

That's not a Wrestlemania main event. Especially one you're trying to break the attendance record with. Not now, and certainly not after tonight's bland, by-the-numbers booking.

I was THIS close to paying $500 for the March to Wrestlemania show!
The plane I had to board saved me from being completely disappointed.
One of the biggest draws for me was seeing Luke Harper main event, but with an apparent shoulder injury, that's even up in the air.
I just can't justify paying that amount of money to see rematches I see on RAW constantly, the company trying to shove a horrible WM main event down our throat and Brock Lesnar squashing someone that is criminally underrated.

HHH/Reigns for a main event just SOUNDS flaccid. Like, they're really going to main event a Wrestlemania with this.

If Cena does indeed come back and faces Undertaker then I am sure they'd go with that as the main event.

So, Fastlane did a bit of a 52 Pickup on any prospective card that I had, other than one or two matches. Here's what I'm guessing now...
---MAIN CARD---
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match Triple H (c) v Roman Reigns
Brock Lesnar v Dean Ambrose
The Undertaker v John Cena
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match Kevin Owens (c) v AJ Styles
WWE Tag Team Championship Match The New Day (c) v The League Of Nations
WWE Divas Championship Match Charlotte (c) v Sasha Banks v Becky Lynch
Street Fight The Wyatt Family v Big Show, Kane, Ryback and Mark Henry
Ladder Match for the WWE United States Championship Kalisto (c) v Chris Jericho v Neville v The Miz v Dolph Ziggler v Tyler Breeze
Stardust v Stephen Amell
---PRE-SHOW---
20-Man Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal Participants: Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Bubba Ray Dudley, Curtis Axel, Damien Sandow, Darren Young, Diego, D-Von Dudley, Fandango, Fernando, Goldust, Heath Slater, Jack Swagger, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Konnor, R-Truth, Sin Cara, Viktor and Zack Ryder

Man, the WrestleMania match graphics are so boring this year. Just look at this. Did they throw that together in fifteen seconds in Paint?

It took me half an hour in GIMP to make mine last night and I'm a completely self-taught novice, so... possibly.

I hope HHH v Reigns goes on last.. I really do, it's the only way they will learn. Ending their biggest show of the year to chorus of boos... Or even better: a good section of the audience f***ing off home during the match itself.. Don't say it won't happen (Wrestlemania X8 )

Just look at this. Did they throw that together in fifteen seconds in Paint? I think they're just the WWE.com graphics, all of their match card advertising on the website just has the logo and a background, like this last year. The "48 days away" teaser seemed to suggest that the idea of the match graphics will feature the camera swooping through as things light up...

One thing I'm kind of realizing more and more here is... I don't really have any idea how good or bad Triple H / Reigns will actually be. Either way I'd consign it to the, "Don't care, chant for JBL," pile I put the TLC match with Sheamus in, but could really see it going either way.
On one hand, Triple H is one of the best ever, Reigns is a pet project he'll want to make look like a million bucks, Reigns has his fair share of good matches by now, and they'll probably very carefully book it.
On the other, Triple H is very spotty with opponents who he should in theory have good matches with and as good as he is has a good amount of garbage on his resume, he bored the crowd to death the last time he main-evented Mania with a chosen one of his, he hasn't had a real match since Mania 31 and while that was a good match it was largely on novelty and he didn't actually do much so it's hard telling just how equipped to go in the ring he really is, and it's very, very possible this thing is going to be an overbooked mess with a billion run-ins to try and make the crowd pop when Rock saves the day.
