Some of the juror interviews were amazing. One who watches the 700 Club for news, another who still can't believe Hogan turned on Savage in 1996, a guy who thinks wrestling was real back in the day unlike now and a lady who took a few moments to expound upon the double-standard around the n-word.

Yeah, there's like no parties involved here I feel comfortable siding with. Talk about a mess all around. The best we can hope for is a Double DQ, however that would work in a court of law.

Is there some way they can both lose? Brother, he body-slammed the 750-pound Andre the Giant in front of 300,000 people at the Pontiac Silverdome, dude. Gawker is no match for him.

Just to be fair here- even the people saying they don't feel comfortable taking a side: It's perfectly natural given Hogan's racist tirade.
However, the entire racist tirade leaked in the first place because Gawker pulled it out of the sex tape in the first place- which was done in anger to Hogan over the lawsuit over putting this sextape out in the first place.
By not taking Hogan's side outright due to his racist tirade, you're saying that yes, there was something newsworthy in the Hulk Hogan sex tape that needed to be released to the world, and thus you are officially on Gawker's side whether you support them or not.

Have to side with Hogan in this instance. The uncomfortable race rant is a separate issue in what is clearly a violation of privacy

Listening to Brian and Mike on WO speaking abut the trial. Is it true that Hogan's wife would shame Hogan about his bald head when they fought? Because that would explain some of the Hogan/Russo stuff to me. Hogan's super sensitive to anyone calling him bald.
Now something about the difference between Hulk Hogan's and Terry Bollea's... member size *cough*.
