Steve's still working on Inktoons.com. Be patient everyone.
Once that's done, we're back in business.

Well, not an actual building housing one (obviously.) Here's what I have laid out for it: Cartoon Hall Of Fame rules: 1.Authorization-The 100 member Internet Cartoon Fans Association (ICFA) is formed and they are herby authorized to vote as of 10/14/2006. 2. Electors-The electors shall be formed of people from the Wrestlecrap forum, and the current members of The Inklings/readers of the upcoming www.inktoons.com by (but not after) 12/31/2006. 3. Elgible candidates-Candiates for the cartoon hall of fame must be: A. Must be in a filmed animation movie, TV show and/or internet toon. Video game characters and others are allowed provided there's evidence that they are eligible to said rule. B. Must have been shown to people for 10 years or more. C. TV inductees must have logged at least one season of air time not countin repeats. Some special cases may be seen fit to bypass this rule and still be inducted. 4. Method of election- A. Electors may vote for as low as 0 and as many as 20 of the candiates. B. Any candiates who recieve 75% of the vote are inducted. C. The ballot will be comprised of 150 nominees in the first year, 75 nominees in the second year, and 50 every year after. Those who don't get at least 5% of the vote by the third year will be off the regular ballot and will be on the veterans comittee ballot. D. The nominees will be decided by me in the first year. The ICFA will start nomianting in the second election and they can nominate from the begining of cartoons to 1997, then 1998 the next year etc... E. No more then 5 characters can be nomianted every year. 5. Voting-Voting is based on three main catergories: historical importance, design, and story. The ballots will be PM'd or e-mailed (your preference) TBD. 6. Certification-The vote will be certified by me TBD. I will be the president of the ICFA but will not vote. 7. Induction-The induction will take place (hopefully) on 1/1/2006. If any of you guys are interested in being on the ICFA, PM me.

Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about! Unity in the animation community! Toons are on the rise! Zimmerman flew and Tyler knew....wait....wrong rally cry. Sorry.
(2 points for anyone who knows what movie that last line is from.)
