Great to see he's really turning it around. DDP is a saint. It's why I think DDP should be inducted. His ring work is great, but knowing he helped turn things around for untold numbers of people, two of whom are guys we all wanted to see do so, is reason enough.

I need to start DDP Yoga. I started it back in January, between getting stricter with food, other cardio and HIIT, I'm down about 30lbs (190 to 160) He keeps it up they're going to be giving DDP the Warrior Award along with the HoF induction.

I must admit i've lapsed a bit with my DDP Yoga but I will be starting afresh very soon. When I did do it though, I quickly lost about 20lbs (about all I needed to lose in fairness) toned up, became more agile than I'd ever been and felt like I was about 14 years old again in the sense that all those little aches and niggles had gone. Couldn't recommend it enough.

It's obvious he's going to enter that Intercontinental ladder match on Sunday and reclaim his legacy.

I'm so happy any time I see something positive in Scott Hall's life. He was one of my absolute favorites growing up, and hearing his appearances on Steve Austin's podcast have really made me like him as a person. I'll always root for the guy. With all the insane wrestling news that comes out, hearing guys on podcasts and whatnot saying they're doing well always makes me smile. Like there was one episode of Woo Nation where Flair was talking with Bret, and towards the end Ric complimented Bret for asking if he was doing alright, that he was and also how glad he was that the two of them were friends. I "awwww"ed out loud.

Excellent news, well done Scott Hall. Between this, Jake, saving Jericho's back, now Foley doing it......are we sure DDP isn't the leader of some Yoga-Wizard cult? The guy is just too awesome, and too positive, are you telling me you couldn't see him as Bray's incessantly cheerful benefactor? truly DDP is the King of Kings.

No wonder Paige wasn't creeped out by him hitting on her.

Yeah, there's a lot of components to Hall getting better, but yoga is a nice part of it, whether you use DDP's program or someone else's. It's one of the best natural pain killers out there, and it's beneficial to people of just about any age.
And with Scott, I doubt he'll be taking bumps any time soon, but I won't be shocked if we see more of him if Cody makes his way to Florida within the next year or two; he's finally getting his first NJPW singles matches, so I'm sure they're keeping an eye on that.

That's awesome for The Bad Guy. But regarding the thread title, I've never exactly been the picture of health, so even when Scott was at his worst, he was probably doing better than me.

One last appearance as Razor Ramon in next year's Royal Rumble would be amazing. He took a decent bump at Wrestlemania last year, so I imagine he can do a few punches, tosses, etc. and get thrown out in a way that wouldn't hurt him. Doesn't he have like 2 artificial hips? I'm not sure going over the top rope would be wise. I was shocked enough he took that back drop at Mania. Obviously the only way around this is for him to win... just like Iron Shiek and the Gimmick Battle Royale

I know he did over the top rope bumps and some crazy stuff in that backlot Brawl. Even with both done he wrestled Jericho at WM and he did take another over the top bump. Wasn't pretty at all but still. The bigger worry for Hall would been he had a pass maker but that didn't seem to both him taking a back drop. Hall looks great and you can take a over the top bump and hit be huge impact hit. Do what Khali does. Belly first, flipped over, Back on the apron and legs on the ground like he was standing. Or have put get pushed over the top and lay on the apron and be kicked off and take more a back bump to the apron to the floor kind of deal.

I'm still not 100% convinced he has a pace maker. Look at this pic...it would be protruding through his skin. It is a visible implant.
Unless it is hiding behind the phone?

For some reason, I never warmed to him as a performer, but it's always nice to see the stars of your fandom era doing well in later life. There's many horror stories, and Scott Hall could easily have been one of them (and possibly was for a while), so it's a good thing to see him turning his life around.
