Great pop from the crowd also, always said roode would probably fit in with the WWE style of things quite easily.

Triple H announces that he shrunk himself in the wash before his match with Roman Reigns.
Enter Bobby Roode.

It sucks Storm isn't here right now for it, but remember we still have Aries and Roode in case WWE wants to form an alliance with guys who have a past together.

That moment you realize that WWE now has more TNA Originals than TNA does.

Curtis Axel: "The chains are off, man!" Bobby Roode: "I'm off the chain!" These guys should meet and be the greatest of friends. Well, the guys in Creative have put their heads together and come up with some names for your team. We've boiled it down to either... Bore Money or The Genesis of McGilliMoney

That moment you realize that WWE now has more TNA Originals than TNA does. I want to see WWE created a stable with Styles, Joe, Aries, Roode and Kane for no reason

That moment you realize that WWE now has more TNA Originals than TNA does. The crazy part about that is that I always forget that Xavier Woods is a TNA Original, too.

I marked out like f*** at this. One of precious few TNA guys I ever really got invested in.
But if they sign Eric Young as well and they have a match, I am going to walk to Connecticut and kick Triple H in the dick.

Mixed feelings on it. Roode is one of the best all round talents there is out there, and his star power will definitely help fill some gaps in NXT as I expect Balor is on his way up to the main roster soon. But it also feels kind of like the best possible time for it has long since passed. Its a pity they couldn't have snagged him along with Storm last year-Beer Money would have been absolutely perfect as surprise entrants in that NXT tag team tournament last year.

I'd like for WWE to tread lightly when it comes to bringing in former TNA talent. There was a period last fall when we had Sting in a world championship feud, The Dudleys in a high-profile tag team rivalry, and Samoa Joe fighting for a championship. If you're going to acquire wrestlers associated with TNA, let's parcel it out over a period of time instead of going full TNA. I like NXT as this Utopian international wrestling collaborative, not as "Better TNA".

I still associate the Dudleys as ECW and WWE, not TNA.

Honestly tho, Roode is a guy like AJ who should go straight to the main roster.

I still associate the Dudleys as ECW and WWE, not TNA. and Sting is and will always be WCW. This is like when Dixie tried to claim Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan as TNA Guys.

It's silly to me to have guys like Aries, Roode, and Joe screwing around on a Triple A show. I think what we're seeing here is that the booking and promotional aspects of TNA have largely been a joke, but the talent in the ring certainly wasn't. Most of these guys should have been signed 5 years ago when WWE could have really gotten something out of them, rather than when they are all now 37-39 years old.
