MARCH? Is that a bad sign? Not necessarily. January-February are generally considered the quietest months of the year for the box office, where the movies with no real studio expectations get dumped, along with September, so while not a prime July release (The Wolverine and X-Men: Apocalypse's underwhelming box office performances probably can account for this) March doesn't show a total lack of faith from the studio. Batman v Superman was a March release this year, for example.

Here's Xavier from LOGAN. Reminder: Patrick Stewart is 76, and doesn't appear to age, so presumably he needed extensive makeup to make him look this old. EXTENSIVE.

So he has aged rapidly one year later after Days of Future Past when he was 91 but he's 92 in this movie. And one year later he is starting to develop dementia even though I have a feeling the apocalyptic future in Logan is no where as awful as the one in Days of Future Past. Man X-Men movies are hilarious how well mutants age and how they rapidly age at the same time.

Guessing the Kid's hand is X-23 Though that seems to be the obvious answer, I really hope it's Jean/Scott's kid.

It seems like they're doing as much of Old Man Logan as they can without getting a cease and desist from Disney. I'm assuming the Reavers will be taking the place of the inbred Hulks. No idea who stands in for Hawkeye.

The addition of Johnny Cash to this trailer actually makes me sad that this is Jackman's goodbye to the character. Kid looks like X-23 though. "She's like you, so much like you"

Almost no part of that trailer seemed like it was an X-Men/comic book movie. Fascinating.

Mel Gibson is playing Wolverine? That's a super swerve.

So here is the red band trailer. It's exactly the same as the regular trailer with one additional scene of showing wolverine's claws going through a guys head pretty much confirming the R-Rating.

Trailer looks interesting enough, obviously went with a similar vibe to Old Man Logan... without actually being the Old Man Logan story since Fox owns like nothing in that story. Still not sold on the title of just Logan though. Almost no part of that trailer seemed like it was an X-Men/comic book movie. Fascinating. How is that different than the usual X-men movies I'm joking... but the X-men movies always kinda felt like they were embarrassed about comic book movies to me. Granted they started before even the Raimi Spider-man movies more or less showed you could make people care about super heroes in comic accurate outfits and well before Marvel showed you can make all the money with them

Loved the trailer, can't wait for this movie. But using Hurt really did hammer home the fact that after almost 20 years this is the end for Jackman as Wolverine, gonna be hard shoes to fill there

Quality stuff. Good choice of music, and Jackman always delivers as Wolverine.

Graphics are amazing, Naughty Dog really outdid themselves this time.

Obviously a trailer is no indicator of the final movie, and is only an endorsement of how good the people making the trailers are; but of all the trailers dropped recently, so far Logan is the one that has me most excited.
Bit of a Last of Us vibe off it and I'm interested in seeing X-23 on film even though she's been massively aged down.

It looks good, but for some reason I'm not terribly excited about it.

Looking forward to this way more than I was prior to seeing the trailer. It doesn't feel like another, same ole' shit X-Men movie and I love that.
