What on Earth did Colon & Abdullah do to have a match "banned in Puerto Rico"? It was a gimmick that the match had been so violent in the past that the two were barred as opponents.

Its funny billing a match as too violent for Puerto Rico with the brutality down thete. Im going to asume a Colon/Abby match stuck to their traditional Abby hits him with a fork until Colon gets it aay and hits him back with it formula.

I picked a heckuva time to start being a wrestling fan, and the only exposure I've had to this point was World Class (channel 60, 5pm Sundays) and the AWA (channel 44, 11am Sundays).

culturecrossfire.com/wrestling/wwf-meadowlands-71584/#.V9PfQZgrLIVOne half of a double main event from the Meadowlands sees Hulk Hogan team with the massive Andre the Giant to tackle Dick Murdoch, Adrian Adonis and Big John Studd in a handicap match. The other half sees a bloody brawl between Roddy Piper and Jimmy Snuka. Mil Mascaras and Paul Orndorff also take part in under card action. Gorilla Monsoon provides the hyperbolic commentary, with some real whoppers along the way.
