I now see why people dislike Temple of Anubis on attack. That and hanamura are an absolute blast to attack and defend. Everytime I hear some Japanese yelling or "it's high noon..." I shit a brick in this game, especially as mercy, you hear genjis call and you just know you're f***ed.

I now see why people dislike Temple of Anubis on attack. Mmm, more than any of the other maps, I think that one can be the biggest pain in the ass as it only has the one entryway to objective A and an aware defending side can just lock that down tight. Objective B is no picnic either, but it has multiple routes at least. A good Reinhardt can help with his shield, a good Pharah to fire from above at any Bastions or turrets, someone like Hanzo or Widowmaker to snipe (perhaps through Reinhardt's shield as well). At a push having a Lucio ready to supercharge his speed boost and try to rush it all at once. Things like that will help. But if your team isn't a good mix and/or working well together, it can just be bashing your head against a brick wall until someone builds up an Ultimate to perhaps bail you out. Piecemeal attacks are just death there. Symmetra is so damn good when you're defending, particularly when you turret-dump on the side routes to an objective rather than the obvious ones. Those damn turrets are so sneaky and it can take people a little while to realise what's happening, even more so when they think they're being sneaky going in the back door or whatever.

I'll try to locate their position (so I know where to run), only to receive a shot in the back. I now see why people dislike Temple of Anubis on attack. Piecemeal attacks are just death there. Yeah, I don't think anyone on the team (including myself) knew the proper strategy. Eventually, I realized I could use Tracer to reach Objective A, and even managed to draw the attention of the opposition for several seconds (I'm assuming that team did not anticipate a potential breach), but no one in my camp took advantage. I honestly blame myself for that loss, as I'm still not very good. If I knew how to properly apply "Pulse Bomb", I would have been able to clear out the enemies. Thanks for the tip.

One of my recent games was defending on Numbani and I was Symmetra and set up all 6 of my turrets above the doorways in the little flanking room right next to the Objective A area. It became a killing room. Dumb guys on the other team kept trying to flank via that room, mainly their Tracer. About halfway through you could tell they got the message across that that flanking route was a no go which ultimately ended up making it easier to defend, as we then knew they could only come from two ways, the big Main Street corridor and trying to take that little back alley path around the building my laser death room was part of(their McCree tried this over and over). The real lovely thing is in the few cases they actually did manage to set foot on the objective area, they would stupidly run close enough to my death room that some of the turrets still had them in their line of sight and shot them. Ultimately my best match as Symmetra.

Been playing tons, mostly as Zarya, with Symmetra as my second and Soldier 76 bringing up the rear in time played. I've dabbled in some others but Zarya/Symmetra are my go-tos.

I'm still trying to get the hang of playing Zarya well, because I've seen players that are good with her absolutely WRECK opposing teams, but I can't quite work it out yet.

I love hybrid styles, as you can tell from my two fav characters, but its still hard to get her right. Some games i'm just off with everything, but when it clicks you're timing out all your shields just perfectly and never dying I think when my buddy starts playing and I have at least one teammate to communicate with I'll be a lot better, since she seems more reliant on having someone to support and help support than other tanks.

I'm usually not a person who likes playing healers/support-types, but I've been having a ball (HA HA HA!) playing Zenyatta lately. Which is funny because he's probably my least favorite support in terms of design, but I really like his playstyle.

Four of us picked Lucio, and we all activated our Ult at almost the same exact time:
It really cracked me up. xD

Clocked up my 100th victory last night, 30 of them as Mercy.
Big thanks to everyone that I heroically led to victory or that dragged my bumbling ass over the finish line.

Does anyone else have trouble with the Payload mode? Maybe I'm just not doing it very well but only won one of them so far.

I received the "Game Over" trophy. The moment earned PoTG, and it was vital in advancing the payload to its destination. Does anyone else have trouble with the Payload mode? Maybe I'm just not doing it very well but only won one of them so far. I haven't had an issue, but perhaps that's due to low level play. What exactly do you find difficult about the mode?

Getting the Payload to move on attack. I managed to win one Defend with Reinhardt by mostly just sitting on the payload and activating my shield for several minutes. Attack is where I'm faltering however since the damn thing blocks off my view and seems to favour the defenders in how it moves at times.
