The logical villain is Klaw, right? Strong rumor is that he'll be in there. It's funny, before Civil War, Black Panther was something I was still wanting to see, but it was behind Doctor Strange, Guardians 2, and Thor: Ragnarok. After Civil War however, the Black Panther movie has shot to the top of my list of anticipated solo movies (Spider-Man Homecoming is now number 2). Chadwick Boseman absolutely killed it.

Really strong lineup of actors so far.
Shame that the X-Men are off-limits because I think Nyong'o would've f***ing MURDERED it as Storm.

If it's Klaw, that would mean Andy Serkis is playing villains in two current Disney properties.

Interesting line walked on this right now - Black Panther in the comics I find to be very unlikable but in Civil War I thought he was pretty neat, had some cool stuff to do, and came off pretty genuine... yet it still really did nothing at all to make me want to see this movie.

Hell, Feige didn't rule out Winter Soldier would be in it either.

Really strong lineup of actors so far. You've got Boseman, Serkis, Nyong'o, and Michael B Jordan, strong lineup is an understatement. It's funny that the only main actors from the Fantastic Four movies that have went on to have roles in the MCU are both guys who were Human Torch.

I admit I was worried about this one, but after seeing Civil War, I've never been so happy to be wrong. I'm geeked up for it.

I hope the scriptwriters were advised to only look at Reginald Hudlin's run if they needed a laugh.

I hope the scriptwriters were advised to only look at Reginald Hudlin's run if they needed a laugh. Any person reading Hudlin should be slapped across the face with the Christopher Priest collections. Fortunately, with Everett Ross and a member of the Dora Milaje showing up in Civil War, Marvel clearly realizes which writer to follow.

but wait, since it's the first movie shouldn't he face a villain that is basically an evil version of him? a white leopard perhaps? or a pale puma?

Well, there is his younger brother, White Tiger but that gets.....complicated. EDIT: Wait, no, I'm stupid and confusing two characters. There IS a White Tiger, though, but again...complicated and messy.

Was there ever any doubt? There was a post earlier that the sequel was a go. I'm almost certain that was some last minute clickbait to head off the MBJ/BP announcement.

Was there ever any doubt? There was a post earlier that the sequel was a go. It wasn't said it was a go it was a studio head basically hemming and hawing saying they really want to do another one because the cast was so great. The first movie lost like 100 million dollars. Movies that lose 100 million dollars do not get sequels is a pretty solid rule in Hollywood.
