James Storm. He deserves it for being an idiot. He deserves it for being a long time employee. Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

Jeff Hardy....it's gotta be a guy currently on the roster that was big elsewhere.

The headline itself just made me laugh. I mean, it always has kinda cracked me up they have a 'hall' in the first place, but with the shape it's in now? Ell Oh Ell.

I've never taken TNA's Hall Of Fame seriously and clearly many of you don't either. The problem was when they launched the Hall Of Fame in 2012 or whatever year it was they didn't really have any retired greats they could have put in so now they just induct guys who are on the roster. WWE do a much better job because they don't induct anyone who is currently still wrestling full time for any major company.
So what TNA should have done is just a general Hall Of Fame. Not only would it have been taken more seriously but it could have been of financial benefit for TNA as well. You do three inductees a year with one major star and two more minor stars each year. 2012 instead of Sting they could have inducted The Poffo Family, Lanny wanted his entire family to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame and WWE didn't want that so TNA could have done that, great publicity with Angelo, Lanny and Randy all being worthy.
2013 could have been Hulk Hogan who they had under contract and maybe they could have got Jimmy Hart and another Hogan guy in there. 2014 you put The Von Erichs in and sign the Von Erich kids to a deal, 2015 could have been someone like Vader going in and this year you could have had Sting (Unless he's under contract in which case you could go with Sid Vicious)
What looks better on paper?
My List: Angelo Poffo, Chris Von Erich, David Von Erich, Fritz Von Erich, Hulk Hogan, Jimmy Hart, Kevin Von Erich, Kerry Von Erich, Lanny Poffo, Mike Von Erich, Randy Savage, Sting, Vader
TNA's list: Earl Hebner (Ick), Jeff Jarrett (Focusing on Global Force Wrestling because he doesn't want to work in TNA long term), Kurt Angle (Left TNA, wants to return to WWE), Sting (Had his final swan song in WWE), Team 3.D (Now a nostalgia act in WWE)
I know which one looks more legitimate to me.

Let's look at this prestigious honor and see if we can predict the next inductee and their future:
2012 - Sting: Left TNA just over a year later, signed with WWE and largely ignores his TNA run. 2013 - Kurt Angle: Spent just over two more years in TNA talking more about wanting to retire in WWE than anything to do with TNA. 2014 - Team 3D: Bubba made his return to WWE at the Rumble and his full-time return along with Devon less than a year later. 2015 - Earl Hebner and Jeff Jarrett: Hebner has maintained his grip on worst ref in the wresting business and over all joke. Jarrett turned his career into a joke by starting a promotion that doesn't exist outside of his matches.
So, it seems we're looking at someone that is a joke or someone destined to work for or beg WWE for a job. While I still feel my earlier prediction of Gail Kim is a solid one, James Storm does indeed fit the TNAHOF mold.

Hasn't Jeff said numerous times this year that he and Matt will eventually go back to WWE if they could?

Knowing Dixie and with that recent congratulations, it'll probably be Hulk Hogan.
