Given the rumors Vince is big on Nakamura and wants to move him up soon, I'd actually figure Joe will beat him. Well there's rumours Vince is big on Joe. He was the one who got HHH to make Joe sign a exclusive contract and is the reason why established guys are keeping their names. Something we all thought for sure that wasn't going to happen after CM Punk. But I think Nakamura time in NXT is going to be a short term conditioning stint.

Joe vs Nakamura has the potential to be one of the best brawls in WWE history. I hope we see it on a main roster ppv someday, but I'd be happy getting it out of the way during a Takeover event.

It's a tough call, because what's best for NXT would be build to Nakamura/Joe at Brooklyn, but with the brand split coming up I think WWE needs to bring both Joe and Nakamura up to the main roster so I'm torn.

Honestly, I'd like to see Joe go into a short program with a guy lower on the totem pole, in order to elevate them before the inevitable Joe v Nakamura at Brooklyn
A one off Joe v Tye Dillinger match for the title would be great.

Does Joe have a smoke hanging out of his mouth?

Nakamura, I'm pretty sure commentary flat out said he won the title shot last night.

Does Joe have a smoke hanging out of his mouth? I can't tell if it's a piece of paper or a cigarette.

I want Nakamura to beat Joe for the title, but I don't want Joe to lose the title yet, so have him beat someone else first.

Something something fat jokes.
Anyway, it appears to be Nakamura unless, I don't know, they give it to No Way Jose or something.

The perfect solution....
Nakamura/Joe fight at Takeover: Brooklyn main event. The match ends with a no contest as both men brawl to the end credits.
Then at Summerslam, about an hour into the show during the Dean Ambrose/let's say Sheamus match. All of a sudden, Nakamura and Joe come out of nowhere brawling in the same ring attire and everything. Agents try breaking up the fight, but they escape and fight some more as they escape back to the backstage.
And since the ensuing RAW is also in Brooklyn. Same thing happens. This gives the fans the impression that these two men have been fighting for over 48 hours throughout the Barclays Center.
They interrupt a Tyler Breeze/let's say Sheamus match. Vince comes out and personally breaks them up. Puts Joe on SD and Nak on RAW. And because of Joe's insubordination, he strips Joe of the NXT Title. Andrade Cien comes out of nowhere and does his teabag finisher on Vince and takes the NXT Title for which he will hold for 5,799 days until he's beaten by...let's say Sheamus.

Given the rumors Vince is big on Nakamura and wants to move him up soon, I'd actually figure Joe will beat him. Guy is mad charismatic but doesn't seem Vince's style. I like to imagine Nakamura shaking Vince's hand the same way he did to Austin Aries, and Vince is just completely smitten going forward. HELLUVA HANDSHAKE, NICKY!
