I rarely notice it, but it certainly doesn't ruin my enjoyment when I do. I know that it's fake, and I know that they're doing it. Sure, but you're noticing something that you know you're not meant to be noticing so I would say to alot of people it would deduct marks for the match. Like if you were watching a movie and you can see the mic boom or something. You know that's how they make the film but you'd be like "well, I wasn't meant to see that, this wasn't produced too good...". Edit: I should say I've rarely noticed it either when I used to watch regularly, and I would just laugh at it if I did, but I can see why people would bring it up if it's obvious. Most times you see a mic in a movie though is usually down to the projectionist

He was probably calling the spots so damn loud cause the crowd were so damn hot. A good sign if you ask me!

Having all those fireworks going of for your entrance can't be good for your hearing. Might not count for John Cena, but Batista's intro must have been earshattering to stand in.

So it should be like WWE's version of NBA's Wired where certain wrestlers are mic'd and we all can hear what they say

I didn't even notice. But I remember hearing AJ say something like "You ain't shit!" early in the match. I'm pretty sure that was by design. It sounded like the ring mic was turned up as he said that, it was perfectly censored which is pretty rare in live broadcasts, the camera just so happen to be right on AJ's face and one of the announcers acknowledged it. It seem too well done to be a slip up.
