Overall, a pretty blah season. There were various points where I didn't care at all. My interest peaked during the Fall of Paul Calafiore, which felt like a gift from the reality television gods considering this show's track record of allowing guys like Paulie get away scot-free with their crap behavior.
I do hate to sound like this guy, but I could sense Nicole's win in my waters a few weeks before the finale. The story of the season just felt like it was leading up to it, with the increasing allusions to Nicole as a snake and her growing number of comp wins. It felt like a Keyser Soze reveal in the cloth of a meek ER Nurse from the Midwest. With that said, consider me shocked just as much as anyone when she actually won. Nine seasons out of ten, a player like her would've been crushed in the final vote.

Yeah, but did Nicole really explain and defend her game better than Paul? He blew her out of the water with his points and speech. No, she didn't. Her speech was disoriented and incoherent. That's how you know that Paul lost because of some petty bullshit via a bitter jury. Even if you ignore what an absolute beast Paul was down the stretch, there's no way after their final speeches that Nicole should have rightfully won over him. A bitter juror is someone who refuses to vote for someone because that person made a game move against them. Natalie didn't want to vote for Paul because his social game and jury management sucked.Paul pretty bashed Natalie her entire last week in the house when she wanted to make amends to him and Victor, but like with him not taking James to the f2 his ego got in the way. That is a failure for Paul, not an indictment of Natalie's voting process. If their was an actual bitter vote on the jury it was Michelle who could not stomach getting outplayed by Nicole and having Nicole snake out her allies like a boss.
