I've never actually played Star Fox 2 but I imagine I wouldn't like it since I think both Star Fox 1 and Command are terrible. It's basically the first one. but I remember it being less polished... and I kind've understood why it was never released...

SF2 suffers from the same problem as SF1: interesting ideas, but the technology to pull them off just wasn't there yet.
If you're can get yourself an emulator that clocks up the frame rate, the two can be fun in parts, but given the big Nintendo franchises on the SNES (Mario, Zelda, Kirby, DK, Metroid) or even third party franchises (Mega Man, Final Fantasy, Castlevania) its a bit telling that virtually all the titles from that time period have aged better than either Star Fox game.

Well, those other titles (save for DKC since that was a new thing there but using an old character) all had older hardware to dip their feet in via NES and Game Boy games, so when they arrived on the Super Nintendo they just had to boost graphics and add a few tweaks here and there to make them feel like brand new games. Unlike Star Fox, which STARTED on the SNES, thus the only thing they really had to fall back on was the Japanese only Game Boy game "X".

Here's stuff that won't be on the service most likely due to having ports on other Switch games:
Mega Man X Mega Man X2 Mega Man X3 Mega Man 7 Super Castlevania IV Contra III: The Alien Wars Secret of Mana Any Street Fighter II port
Ones I wouldn't hold my breath for:
Chrono Trigger The Quintet Trilogy (SoulBlazer, Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma) Uniracers (Legal issues) Final Fantasy IV-VI Earthbound (maybe, but unlikely) Killer Instinct

And I want Zombie's ate my Neighbors. I assume the SNES Sim City is tied up in legal hell but I'd kill for that too.

Zombies is a LucasArts property as much as it was Konami so it's in a current gray area, most likely to remain unported. SimCity is an EA game at this point and EA seems to be done with Nintendo, and done with anything Sim, so... Though if they could find a way to release a finished version of the NES SimCity rom, that would be cool.

A couple dark horses that could be possible and should get ports:
Cybernator The Ninja Warriors Kendo Rage Harvest Moon (though with Stardew there's little point) Pocky and Rocky/Pocky and Rocky 2 Lufia/Lufia 2 Legend of the Mystical Ninja

Four games. Huh. Well, I guess it's better than nothing, but the drip feed approach really doesn't give me much impetus to keep paying the online subscription fee.

The controls are absolutely horrible. Granted even ignoring that the SNES Harvest Moon is rendered useless by the Friends of Mineral Town remake.

I was about to suggest Wild Guns, but forgot there was a "Reloaded" version.

I could see SNK being an exception to the rule honestly.
