I think one of the issues is that they all were on top long before they got the belt. A first-time world champion should signal a change of direction and maybe even the start of a new era but you don't really get that feeling with them.
I don't think people are tired of them in the same way they are of other wrestlers. They want to see them but in slightly different roles which may well happen after Battleground and the brand split.

Yeah the Shield were in the "main event" picture since the day they arrived on the main roster. Even when they weren't in the title picture, it was obvious they were "waiting their turn".

Reigns, maybe, but he was doing a good job of changing my mind before the suspension. People say he gets carried a lot and, while true, that isn't an actual knock on him. He is carriable, which is more than can be said about many talents who actually are horrible.
Ambrose is finally being booked right now that he's champ, but his goofy antics aren't as bad as people say when the situation calls for it.
Rollins is far and away my favorite. There isn't a better heel in existence.

The breakup was done before each guy was able to create a solo identity for themselves. They should have built the breakup for a year and let it simmer before finally pulling the trigger on it. The way they did it was rushed and nonsensical, which probably hurt them more than helped.

Oh hell yes I'm tired of all three of them. I've been sick of them for quite a while now to the point to where I actually want John Cena back as champion. These three = some of the most overrated wrestlers I've ever seen and if I could go to WWE headquaters and beg on my hands and knees for them to be removed from my screen I would.
Them and Chris Jericho and Sheamus...lol.
