Nakajima!!! Disappointed that J&G retained the belts, I would have flipped them straight onto Kenoh & Ohara. Very interested in what happens over the Jr. belt between Momo No Seishun Tag. Everything else was pretty much as expected.

Congrats to Nakajima. Dude deserves it. Hopefully the match didn't follow typical NOAH formula (overly long with interference and shenanigans). Even if it did though, I see this as a step in a new direction for the company.

Shibata's victory ended any hope Shiozaki had of facing him at The Dome for the NEVER title.

Shibata's victory ended any hope Shiozaki had of facing him at The Dome for the NEVER title. Not quite, Go got on the mic afterwards and said he wants to keep fighting, which means we're likely to either get Shio/Shibata 2 at Destiny or at WK.

As someone who follows much less NOAH than I should, what is the consensus reaction to Nakajima winning the Heavyweight title? My first real experience with him and Marufuji was at the G1 and they both were more than impressive. Seems like a well deserved title run if he hasn't had one already.
