No. His act is midcard shtick and unless he's in the ring with someone incredible his singles matches are still largely underwhelming.

Please no. We already tried this. I already change the channel when he's on. Let him make his endless b-movies so I never have to see him.

Is there anyone in the uppercard who is that bad that a match with Miz is going to be a snoozefest? Id say the only Boring match Miz had since his resurgence was against Darren Young at Battleground and that's mostly on Young.

I fully disagree with taht statement the problem with that match was the just having the match sorta stop which wasn't on Darren. Hell Darren was pretty damn good when he did the Backlund style snapping at the end.

Miz has benefited been mostly limited to 10-ish minute matches during his resurgence. The only top Smackdown guy I'm confident that Miz could consistently have good long matches with is AJ and you have to be the drizzling shits to have a bad long match with him.

With the brand split and him on Smackadown, I think he could ME like 1 or 2 PPVs (They'res now like 25 of them?) and be quite good. I don't know about giving him the belt, though.

If Ziggler is going into a WWE title feud, Miz should be able to, too. I like Miz more than Ziggler right now despite Ziggler having the clear edge on ability.

Dude's great at getting heat and super-solid in his fundamentals. What more does a good heel need?

I actually think he works best as a tag team guy.

I won't say full time main eventer but more of an upper midcarder that can shift into the title scene or midcard scene whenever he's needed. Basically the Jericho/Kane/Big Show spot on the card.

Hell yeah. He's one of the only heels in the company that gets consistent heat and he can keep pace in the ring. He should be feuding for the world title on Smackdown after losing the IC title.

Id say the only Boring match Miz had since his resurgence was against Darren Young at Battleground and that's mostly on Young. His offensive moveset is still pretty weak and basic. He's fine in 10 minute matches, and multi man matches cover up that weakness, like the IC Title match at Extreme Rules. But putting on 20-25 minute matches is not something he's good at, he'd basically be a shorter, less efficient version of Roman Reigns.

As an unashamed mark for the guy... Time for this thread again already? Given the last few threads have swung from an emphatic "No" to a mild "Yes" I think it's a topic that has some mileage. Funny how Miz has gone from IWC pariah to smark favourite, back to pariah, and is now gaining popularity again.

100% agree. I think a title feud with him as champion and Dean chasing would be a lot of fun.

Oh, God no.
I don't even want him as the IC Champion. I'd be happy if he was a high profile jobber.

I think Miz is very very good in his current role, and could maybe work as an occasional challenger for the title in the Ziggler/Del Rio or old Jericho model. As a regular main eventer or champion I don't think he works as well and I think there's a number others who should be ahead of him in the pecking order based on potential upside when they've yet to even be tried in the role.
Miz is a GREAT midcarder/upper midcarder, something that is a rarity nowadays. Not everyone can main event and Miz doesn't need to, he's great as it is.

Sure but on one condition: He has to face Shinsuke Nakamura.
