He is definitely doing a much better job than before.
Do I buy him as the best available top heel? Nope. If Finn is winning then I'm cool with the Summerslam match, but I can not bear Seth as the main champ until he starts cutting Cena level promos.
With guys like Rusev and Kevin who are easy to despise, physically imposing, comfortable on the mic and serviceable in the ring, it boggles my mind how Seth is being presented as such a key player.

He can read out his lines confidently but his deliverly lacks personality and charisma.

That was a long promo last night, but it served a purpose of putting the SS match over. He's really a guy who does well being out there on his own rather than having the Authority taking up space with him. He' comes across 100% genuine as an arrogant heel.

He can read out his lines confidently but his deliverly lacks personality and charisma. There's truth to this and I think it's reflective how WWE wants their promos to function. Promos used to be more about personality and charisma, selling a character. Now they want a guy to go the ring and present some overly long manifesto. He's become quite good at it, but it boils down to a heel stump speech, and I don't think those need to happen every week.

He's like the male Charlotte. They've both definitely improved from where they were a year or so ago but they still get far too much mic time. They are nowhere near the best talkers in their respective divisions yet somehow always seem to get the most time to talk. They would be better off with shorter promos.

Rambo Apocalypse was a highlight. Seriously though, Seth is the best in the company from an overall standpoint right now.

Rambo Apocalypse was a highlight. Seriously though, Seth is the best in the company from an overall standpoint right now. Eh... Different strokes. Offhand I'd say both Owens and Rusev are miles better than him on the mic and are also more entertaining to me in the ring, and both have better characters than his, "What if Triple H in 2000 was single?" shtick.

Absolute shit in my opinion. He reminds me of Triple H in terms of boring the ever loving living daylights out of me. That nasal sounding voice...for that reason alone he needs a mouthpiece. He just rambles on and on and doesn't say shit and could greatly benefit by someone else talking for him.
In general I think he's the drizzling shits but especially on the mic.

He's certainly no The Rock. Or on the level of John Cena or even AJ Styles I would say, but he's as good or better than HHH in his prime as a smarmy heel who wants everyone to believe he is The Man.
There were points during his promo were the crowd were chanting 'bo-ring' on RAW and he has too many lulls and awkward pauses in his promo to say that he's truly peaked as a talker. But I always enjoyed him more than the other 2 Shield remnants ever since I heard his scratchy high-register voice talking smack in the ring for the first time during one of the dozens of 6-Man-Tag matches they had back in the day.

He's been gold on the mic for awhile. I love his cheesy laugh and the way he insults people. Then the times he gets real serious with the crowd he just nails it.

He still has the problem of taking 20 minutes to say stuff that should take like 5.
Not entirely his fault but still.
