Raw in the mid-late 2000s would do a run-down of their PPV cards with Cole and Lawler in the ring.
I had lower level seats at one of these shows and managed to get a "Doofus" sign to show up between them.

What's with the current trend of printing a big photo of yourself (or worse, Colt Cabana, or that kid of yours you left at home) and taking it to a show? No-one cares.

When HBK was coming to the ring at WM 13 they kept cutting to signs for him and for some reason decided to show one that was 3 people holding "HBK CREAM TEAM". I bet they regret not calling dX that to this day. Mine was a Stone Cold sign, tyvm!

Watching the 1996 Royal Rumble today and at the start of the Goldust/Razor IC title match a fan holds up a sign that says "GAYDUST".
Another trend found in 90's wrestling signs.
