I watched Rock and Wrestling in the 80s, but my first knowledge was when a family friend brought over the NES Wrestlemania game for Christmas 89. It made me want to know more about these guys, so i rented random tapes and bought PWI, but my first major memory was watching The Main Event from Feb 90, the one with Hogan vs Savage and Buster Douglas as referee.

My dad took me to a WWE show in February 1992, but I didn't start following wrestling regularly until August when I watched SummerSlam.
I didn't watch much wrestling for the rest of '92 because I didn't know when the shows were on. I watched the Survivor Series and Clash of the Champions XXI, but most of my learning about my new interest came from reading WWE and WCW Magazine, and the Apter mags.
I would say that January 11, 1993 was when watching wrestling became part of my life. That day, a show called Monday Night Raw aired for the first time.

I don't remember a time when I didn't watch WWE. It might've not been every week, but since I've been old enough to know what wrestling is, I've kept up with WWF/E.

Was born in 1987. My dad was a long time fan. By the time I was self aware, I was already a huge wrestling fan. In my family's old home movies, I'm talking about wrestling at Christmas in 1988.
There is literally not any part of my life I can remember where I was not watching wrestling of some kind.

I was pretty much born into watching it. I have baby pictures of me wearing a Hulkamania headband. Some of my earliest memories are being terrified of Paul Bearer, and thinking Bret Hart's name was "Bread Heart"... lol.

Around 1991. WWF sticker books became the craze in my primary school, and acted as a gateway for me and my friends to actually watch. My first favourites were Randy Savage and Mr. Perfect, and the British Bulldog of course, as he was my countryman.
I'd seen the odd bit of wrestling on ITV's World of Sport when I was very young, and knew the likes of Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and Mick McManus, but the WWF was just worlds apart from all that.

I was REALLY little. Like 3 years old. I have the vaguest memories of WM 1 era WWF. Mostly Hogan, JYD, Hillbilly Jim, Piper etc. I also have blips of memories of Dusty fighting the Russians in JCP. The AWA was my local promotion, but I don't have any memories from them until 87 when Debeers attacked Snuka and piledrove him on the floor. I watched the whole "Team Challenge Series" and Pink Room of doom era AWA in real time. I didn't know any better and thought all those guys were big stars. I still have lots of love for Wahoo, Baron VR and Greg Gagne because of that era.

Summerslam in London till about Mania 10 as my parents got rid of the channel. Got back into it when my brothers mate left WWF Attitude in my house and happened to be the Day of the Royal Rumble 2000 and haven't looked back since

I'd say around the summer of 1986 shortly after Orndorff's heel turn on Hogan and the first week when he started using Hogan's theme to the ring.

I actually became a fan in 1998 and what drew me to wrestling was that I used to watch these PPV promotional trailers in the morning for movies, events and adult entertainment. When it got to events, some of the wrestling trailers kind of drew my attention. I had caught wrestling here and there up to that point, with my uncle and cousins watching it at times or when I flipped through channels and liked what I saw, but it wasn't enough to start following it. I mostly watched WCW before I got into the WWF at that time. I became a fan of both, and then I started liking one more than the other, but that didn't mean I didn't watch the other at all.

Wow do I feel like the old fart of the group lol. I started watching wrestling in 1979. I was 7 going on 8. I was at my grandparents and my grandpa and my uncle were watching WWE wrestling from Indianapolis. First match I ever saw was a 6 man tag team March featuring the team of Dick the Bruiser, The Crusher, and Bobo Brazil vs the team of Precious Paul Christy, The Reverend Tiny Hampton, and, Pretty Boy Bobby Heenan. It was a wild a bloody match and I was hooked instantly.
As I got older I became obsessed with wreatling. I started collecting tapes. I'd go to video stores that were going out of business and buy their wrestling videos. Or hit up those that sold their wrestling videos because no one would rent. I ended up with close to 200 wrestling videos. Had the toys too.
I wish I still had the videos

Dropped by one of my friends house on a Sunday in 1996 only to find her entire family in the living room watching WM12. Saw HBK zipline entrance and 14 year old me was hooked
