I'd think it'd be more like herpes: made a wrong turn somewhere, and now you've got it. Have to have a talk with every new person in your life.

You can throw in a 4th owner as it is revealed in a NYT article in Billy Corgan that the Fight Network owns the worldwide rights to the TNA library.

If this is true and he didn't knew about it, I hope he sues Dixie. He probably invested a lot of his own money in just covering TNA's ass and nothing to show for it. When this place closes its gonna be a bigger clusterf*** than when ECW broke and it was revealed that he lost millions of his own parents savings.

So basically the only thing of value in TNA doesn't even belong to TNA. Didn't Aroluxe also owned the name "TNA"? So they don't even own the video library. Just how many pieces of the company did Dixie sold to people?

I wonder if that means Fight Network needs Aroluxe's approval to air things since Aroluxe has the trademarks?

When did TNA first start referring to themselves as "Impact Wrestling?"

I wouldn't be surprised if Dixie already sold the trademarks to a separate company, then sold the music catalogue to another company. She just went full Paul Heyman

She just went full Paul Heyman It'd be a move that only an crazed egomaniac would think of but damned if they couldn't pull it off. Music to Billy, Video to Fight Network, Trademarks to Areolux, and talent and equipment under her. Someone wants to buy but cannot pull it all off so she gets to "run" the company another day.

Not sure if it's been mentioned elsewhere but Meltzer mentioned on the 9/18 episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that Dixie's asking price is in the $4-6 million range. He and Alvarez both had no idea where Corgan was getting that $40 million number from.
He said the sale needs to go through by October 2 when Bound for Glory and the next set of tapings happens or he has no idea who will be funding the tapings or how Dixie will get money for them. My guess is if the sale gets delayed Billy will bail them out again. He'll probably keep doing that until he either actually purchases the company or smartens up.

It's amazing that, aside from the Hardys, the most must-see entertainment that TNA has been providing as of late has been from them showing how batshit incompetent that they are with regards to running their company.
