The other hit 100 pages...plus three. But I realized it!
And thus we begin anew.

Also, how long before Bellator has someone fight a legitimate bear?

It's nothing but a rumor but the word is that Eddie Alverz vs. Conor McGregor for the Lightweight title is set for 205 in MSG in what would surely be the main event.

Haha, it's a nice gif With all the talk of Chael going to Bellator, I wonder if Punk will end up there too. It's not like Chael today is the same Chael that took Anderson to almost his breaking point. Although he'd still murder Punk...

They talked about the rumours on Rogan's fight companion last night and Joe said "he knows something that he wished he could talk about but he can't." So I'm guessing we get an announcement of that fight in a couple weeks. Woodley-Wonderboy as the co-main, if I had to guess.

Is Conor ever going to defend the featherweight title? What happened to Khabib possibly getting a title shot in Philadelphia? What about a title unification fight with Conor and Aldo? What the hell is going on!?

What the hell is going on!? Sounds like Conor would rather fight at lightweight simply because the cut to 145 is a drain. Plus, other than Aldo (who he's beaten) and Holloway, who is there for him to face at 145, really? Pettis is a ways out from getting a shot. Same with Edgar, if ever. Nobody else is logically in position for a title shot. And Dana put a permanent end to any more excursions to welterweight or fights with Nate Diaz. If the fight with Alvarez happens, expect Aldo to likely fight Max Holloway to determine the new champion.

Mick Maynard has been confirmed to be Joe Silva's replacement. Actually, Maynard is replacing Sean Shelby as VP of Talent Relations coming over from Legacy FC and will be assistant to Shelby who has been promoted to Silva's old title of Senior VP of Talent Relations. Yes, I know I'm splitting hairs but Shelby is the one in charge now. Also, apparently Mick Maynard taking this position with UFC is a big part of the reason that Legacy FC and RFA merged into Legacy Fighting Alliance yesterday. LFA will continue to air on AXS, retaining the deals of both RFA and LFC

So Alvarez vs. Khabib was expected to take place at UFC 205 but Eddie didn't sign the agreement on time. They're going to re-attempt to set up the fight for 206. Full UFC 205 card to be officially announced on Tuesday by Dana White at a press conference in MSG.

Full UFC 205 card to be officially announced on Tuesday by Dana White at a press conference in MSG. So Khabib gets injured and Conor steps in, allowing Dana to claim he was the only one who would take the fight on short notice. That is certainly a very smart way to circumvent the fact that Conor doesn't deserve the fight.
