This is an insanely funny movie. I wanted to see it when it came out, but waited for the DVD. The part with The Rock and Samuel L. Jackson was good, but their death was the beginning of the movie being really funny. Wahlberg and Ferrell had so much chemistry, and I liked that they went back and forth between who was the straight man. Also, funny this comes up today because me posting Ferrell's Gator speech came up in my TimeHop.

Michael Keaton was my favorite part, especially his needing a side job, and that one in particular.
Besides that, maybe we would be better off if that wooden gun thing was a real punishment issued to incompetent policemen.

the only parts I liked were Samuel L Jackson and The Rock everything else was brutal and they beat jokes into the ground You know what they call that? A soup kitchen.

It's one of the most "you get it or you don't" movies I've ever seen. Reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite in that regard.

I saw this twice in 2 weeks in the theaters. Hated it the first time, loved it the second time. The movie just has so many little gags that are killer.

I loved it, and before seeing Step brothers, I had decided I hated and would never watch a Will Ferrell movie, I have watched a few of his since then, and it seems I was starting to appreciate him just as his star was beginning to fade, not that this wasn't a success or even Step Brothers, but I'm thinking more like with The Campaign
