Two title changes I'd like to see are Cesaro and Sheamus winning the tag team titles and Brian Kendrick winning the Cruiserweight title.
Cesaro and Sheamus as tag team champions would be entertaining, like Team Hell No was. New Day's reign is stale, it's time for something new. I said earlier that they should beat Demolition's record, but technically it's a new title and they already have the record.
I know Kendrick is a heel, but that storyline in the CWC about him not having as much time as the other competitors makes me still want to root for him.

Looking at the card so far, I really hope the rumor about the Women's title main eventing is true. It is, IMO the only match that seems big enough to be the final match.
Fun Fact: Every PPV I have attended live has had at least one title change (Divas title at Royal Rumble 2011, WWE Title at Money In The Bank 2014)
Will the streak continue?

I really am not a fan of THREE Hell in a Cell matches on the card. I went to the first HIAC PPV back in 2009 and they had three HIAC matches that night as well and it was exhausting. It should be Banks/Charlotte in the main event and Rusev/Reigns as the other one to open the show. None of the other matches, not even the Universal Title match, feels like it should warrant HIAC.

Based on the new poster design for the event, it looks like Sasha/Charlotte is going to be the main event/last match of the night:

Kind of amazing how three Hell in a Cell matches are on the show and none of them really warrant the cell at all. Sasha / Charlotte might if it were about keeping Dana out but that seems like a non-factor because Sasha keeps winning despite her and the time Charlotte did beat her it was when she had to go it alone anyway. Reigns / Rusev might if Lana's interference had amounted to anything at Clash of Champions and if you could feasibly sell it as some sort of battle of titans eager to kill each other instead of it being one guy who desperately wants revenge on another who keeps effortlessly kicking his ass but seems apathetic about the whole thing, and Owens / Rollins just plain doesn't belong in it at all.

I don't know what to think of Sheamus and Cesaro winning the tag titles. I feel it'd just be a transitional reign to get a heel (Sheamus) to take the tag titles off New Day, and a face (Cesaro) for Anderson and Gallows to beat.

Went on the WWE Facebook, this is the lead pic. More convinced now that Sasha/Charlotte will be the main event.

Unless they go with Sami Zayn & Neville vs. Cesaro & Sheamus, which I could get behind.

The funny thing about this is that the Cell has a spotty track record of keeping interference away from matches, going all the way back to the first one, despite being established on the premise of keeping the riff-raff out.

Im glad in real life that the women are getting this chance. In story them "deserving" to go into a cell and destroy each other is..odd. Hopefully this show tops the biggest HIAC PPV moment ever: I can't believe HIAC has been a PPV since 2009. And the giant cell.

The HIAC isn't really about keeping out interference. They use that justification for the steel cage much more often.
The HIAC is more about just being a big violent grudge match.
