I AM f***ING INFURIATED! A nearly two year long build as an unstoppable monster that included ENDING THE STREAK ends not to a rising star that could have used the rub, but to a f***ing part timer that ends in less than a minute? Seriously? We can get all pissed off to hyperbolic levels when RAW is subpar but we can accept this? The streak ending is now rendered pointless. A squash to a part timer? f*** off I feel the same way. I get the board is divided on this one, but I don't see how this can be seen as a good thing. Even if you don't like Lesnar, you just flushed his one of a kind mystique down the toilet. For what? Goldberg? ? Why not build up to Mania and have someone that actually wrestles get the rub? Have Joe come in and be the one to dominate the monster. But no, Goldberg has enough people buying into the hype that they accept it. Just ridiculous.

I don't usually complain these days about PPVs running short. But seriously, what the actual f***? didn't it start early? I tuned it at 8 and we were two matches deep. it started an hour earlier than the usual PPV start time but it was scheduled to go for another 30 minutes. (12-4am here).

A 1 minute match, a shirtless child and a Goldberg victory were 3 thing I did not see coming.

It makes a lot of sense kayabe wise. He turned his back and got hit with 2 spears and a jackhammer. If that doesnt mean a pinfall then what does?

I loved it. That felt really cathartic after Lesnar squashed people. Taste your own medicine, you f***.

A squash to a part timer? f*** off Considering that they were only ever going to give that rub to babyface Roman Reigns with the adulation of the crowd, I've written the Lesnar monster push as a loss and so has WWE apparently. I mean Roman getting that rub wouldn't have been popular, but it would have at teh very least made sense. Hell if Goldberg won in a competitive match, that would have sucked less, but a squash is mind boggling

A squash to a part timer? f*** off I think we're all just more accepting of the fact by now that the end of the road with Lesnar was gonna be a guy beating him that doesn't need it. It's really fascinating to me that WWE gets so precious about guys like Brock, but then Goldberg comes around and they let him throw Lesnar around and pin him in minutes because he planned a fun family vacation around it. It's throwing money away but if it wasn't him it was gonna be someone like Cena or Reigns. Maybe at least now this humanizes Brock and he can have more competitive matches with other guys. I love the idea of end-boss tank Lesnar, but this has been moving at a snail's pace even for me and there's not a sign that they've been even trying to make someone Lesnar ready so it is what it is to me.

Welp, Lesnar's mystique is about done, hahahaha. Dude got bodied by a guy that's been out of the game for 12 years. How do you overcome this? "My client, BROCK LESNAR..." "Shut up before I call up Goldberg and tell him Brock been talking shit again." It's for the best, IMO. They weren't doing anything of substance with him and it was f***ing up the rest of the entire roster because the power levels got too far out of whack. God-Emperor Goldberg knocking Brock down a peg or two breaks the ceiling for everyone else, I think. Goldberg will almost certainly be unselfish and even if he loses the inevitable rematch Brock has been brought down to being at least within the same stratosphere as the other top guys so getting competitive matches again doesn't have to be out of the question. The whole thing reminded me of an MMA fight so I'm not even mad. Oh don't get me wrong, I loved the finish because like you said, it was like an MMA fight where a guy is too overconfident but then gets stunned and oblierated in lightening quick fashion. Plus, f*** Lesnar.

That entire PPV wasn't very good.
It's like whoever was writing / booking that shit watched Takeover and was like "f*** it", snorted a bunch of coke and we were treated to three and a half hours of whatever the hell this was.

Maybe this was Vince's way of apologizing to WCW's fans for Sting's abysmal WWE run.

A squash to a part timer? f*** off Honestly with the way WWE builds people, no one was going to be able to beat Brock and have it be either believable or go over well. We saw that with Roman. I'd rather they do this than force beating Brock on somebody who's gonna lose to Chris Jericho by roll up next month.
