Wasn't the damn near 3 years of Authority hell USA's bright idea as well? Yes. They're morons. This IS the network that made Todd Chrisley one of their cornerstones. I think morons is being nice.

It's a bunch of guys doing stuff for reasons, reasons which next week might be meaningless, or might go on for eternity until they repeat the same scenario with someone else.
That sound like fun?

Enough with f***ing Foley and Steph. I don't like Bryan and Shane either but they generally don't appear as often.

The 8 deadly words: I don't care what happens to these characters Smackdown, everyone seems to have some set motivation, and there's actual variance in what goes on, on Raw, Roman and Rusev are fighting AGAIN, Sasha and Charlotte are fighting AGAIN, and there were seriously about 4 squash matches this week. Pretty much this. Also the show is 3 hours long and none of the characters really interact or intersect organically against each other. Like look at SD's Diva Division for an example, we know exactly the characters of each Diva's, who hates who, and you can right Naomi organically to feud with Alexa while we wait for Becky Lynch to finish recovering. Then you look at the Raw's Cruiserweights Division and outside of The Brian Kendrick, none of them have any distinct characters or personalities or real reason to fight each other. Hell TJ Perkins is suffering Sami Zayn syndrome that his entire character is he's a former friend of a wrestler and he likes Video Games more than Ska Music. That's really it. It feels like only the top guys and gals of each division are the only ones allowed to have characters or heated feuds or actual stories into there feuds. And it's barely a story just seeing Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks for the billionth time or Reigns vs. Rusev in a never ending feud or Perkins vs. TBK for the third time or Rollins in another Universal Title Match.

Pretty much this. Also the show is 3 hours long and none of the characters really interact or intersect organically against each other. [snip] Reading through this thread reminds me of all the personalities and interactions of the past, and even how comedy sometimes works. I mean, you had the APA, and guys could interact with them pretty seamlessly, trying to hire them backstage while they're drinking and playing cards, or Kei En Tai's comedy beatings, or Val Venis... ok, maybe not Val Venis. Maybe I'm romanticising the Attitude Era again, but looking back it does feel like they all mixed up more often, and even if they were horribly stereotypical or cheesy comedy they were all at least distinct. They had their own personalities, for better or worse. Point is, I don't know who any of the new crop are. I know their names and what they look like, and more or less how they wrestle, but where's the investment? Who are they? What do they do? Where did they come from? Why should I care? Why are they doing what they're doing? Why are they feuding or interacting with this other nondescript guy? So many characters, for most of the last decade, have just sort of... existed. Sometimes I feel like the kind of comedy they write is just so bad that it's not worth having it, but used properly it could be effective in giving guys a reason to mingle. Owens/Jericho being one good recent example. Maybe we need more of that.

Scrap the universal championship.
Scrap one of the women's championship
WWE title as interbrand with champ appearing on both shows (as per original brand split) Same for women's championship (or have all female roster appear on both shows)
Stop treating cruiserweights as a seperate entity and involve them more with main roster.
Lose the GM/Authority overarching everything angle.
I could go on.

Too long. 2 hours is perfect.
Too much Athority. They need a rarely seen GM and no more of the "best for business" rubbish.
The Universal title. I can't take it seriously. A stupid name and a title with no history. They should have brought back the World Title.
Too much wrestling and not enough character development and good story telling. I don't care for a 5* classic between two wrestlers if there is no reason for them to fight.
They have what looks like could be a good tag team division with New Day, Bullet club guys, Enzo & Cass and now Sheamus and Cesaro but the division just seems boring.

But then they need to go full separation IMO and don't bother with interbrand PPVs the lot. I don't think you need RAW stars on Smackdown or vice versa, but the champ and only the champ moving between the two could work. The universal title means squat at things stand, and the RAW women's division is too thin. At least a combined female roster would work better IMO.

Pretty sad the only woman I give a damn about is Charlotte, when you got loveable Bayley on that roster doing...not a lot of anything. And the only male wrestler I can even identify with is Sami, and he's hard to find most weeks.
Seth's "face turn" (if you can call it that) fizzled because they didn't strike while the iron was hot. Seth turned his back on the fans' love when he came back. Now that he's not the chosen one as far as the Authority goes, all he's doing is showing THEM they chose wrong. Not us. He still couldn't be bothered to give a damn about us. So, I turn the channel.
Too many "ha-ha-funny" heels. The heels who kick ass are neutered. (Rusev, Sheamus, Braun don't fight anybody worth a crap.) Cruiserweight wrestlers have their own division, but I only like Rich Swann because he's the only one who looks like he could be a star one day. (Your champion looks like he should be delivering my pizza after the matches.)

Raw suffers from being run by the least likeable woman in America, and a hobo dressed in a clown suit.

It's boring, the writing is lazy,Too much "comedy" when only Jericho & Owens are good at it but Owens shouldn't be doing it.
The Crusierweight division is useless when you got Rollins,Owens,Zayn,Cesaro, etc doing it better and it's just the normal wwe style with guys that ain't over and several flips and the color purple.Get rid of it but give Rollins The go behind double arm taint buster.
Too many colors:Red,Black,Purple and Pink..Pick 1 color and stick with it.
They don't talk about the show being fun enough or Shill social media platforms enough.I need to know what ILUVWWE1993$ or HONEYBEE77 think about this Braun Strowman squash.
Too much of the show is meaningless segments and the show is very skippable. They've become way too focused on other stuff being on tv and not their product.Putting no effort in the show cause a football game,A repeat of Kevin can wait or The Latin Grammys is on is shameful. It teaches the audience that you can miss the show and miss nothing

Comes back to huge cheers but gets flipped back to trying to be a bad guy because they want Roman to be cheered even though HE is getting heavily booed. So they slowly removed any good will towards Rollins and then NOW they're trying to make him face again but people don't know even what to do anymore.
