Oh- Fifty Shades of Grey.
Horrible characters, gross story, booty acting, and a waste of good cinematography.

Dinner for Schmucks. I can thank my brother for taking me to that dumpster fire of a movie. Oh my god that movie sucked. I rented it once and was so mad at myself for weeks.

Dinner for Schmucks. I can thank my brother for taking me to that dumpster fire of a movie. Oh my god that movie sucked. I rented it once and was so mad at myself for weeks. This movie was so bad it caused my very gentle and loving mother to tell me "If I ever met that man (Steve Carrell's character) in public, I would punch him in the face." Without a doubt, the worst movie I've ever paid money to see.

There's probably a lot of terrible movies I saw in the cinema as a kid, so I'll name one in recent years that I can remember.
World War Z. I saw this with my class when it came out. Though I hate zombie stuff, I went because I was depressed during this period of time and Brad Pitt is one of my favourite actors. Couldn't be so bad. Wroooooooooong. A cliched piece of shit and of course it made so much at the box office. The day this zombie fad dies, will be a good one.

Only movie I've ever walked out of. I got my money back, though. Just told the manager how awful it was and they refunded my ticket.

I'll tell you this: I paid to see Police Academy 5 in a theater. Twice. I paid to see Howard the Duck, Cop And a Half, Spaced Invaders, the Mangler (the f***ing Mangler) and Showgirls in a theater. And countless others.
But no film I ever endured through in a theater was worse than Chronicles of Riddick. The absolute biggest piece of crap I ever wasted money on.

Date Movie.
If the fact the movie was so terrible wasn't enough, the knowledge I actually drove 50 miles, both ways, just to see that worthless piece of crap (the weakness of going to college in the middle of nowhere and the closest theater chain big enough to get movie gift certificates from being that far) WAS.

There was also a Stephen King adaptation I went to see called 'The Mangler', about an industrial steam press that gets possessed by an evil spirit.
Terrible idea, dreadful acting, pure crap from start to end...but one of my best cinema experiences with friends due to how bad it was. We lost interest about a third of the way in and loudly made fun of the film - I'm sure much to the delight of our fellow cinema goers.

I still feel kinda bad for Vin Diesel. It's clearly a character he likes a lot, but that film was such a completely bad idea and poor fit for it. It'd be like if Crispin Glover wanted a vehicle for The Thin Man from Charlie's Angels, so he made a Sorkin political drama to star in.

The Mission
Me and a friend from school snuck to the nearest town with a cinema mitching from school, thinking we were in for an army movie..... yeah, we walked out about 45 minutes in because it was some religious crap.

Sharkboy and Lavagirl Son of The Mask Monster In Law (my friend chose to watch this for his 13th birthday) Oh, thanks a lot for reminding me if Son of The Mask! I had that wiped out years ago. I caught it on television once. ABSURDLY bad. That period when studios thought Jamie Kennedy had any talent whatsoever.
