They only devoted an hour and a half to the Montreal Screwjob When they started, it was a "normal length" podcast. Then, it progressed to two hours. Then, three became the norm. This week, they found out 3 hours was the limit for as they had to cut 25 minutes from the Houston episode! There's NO way the Screwjob episode would be less than two hours today.

Houston is an amazing episode. Bruce is just on a good one for the entire time and never lets up. Top form storytelling. I'm gonna keep this one for a bit for repeated listening for when I need a distraction to fall asleep to. I have them all saved for this very reason. I still havent made it through TNA 1 let alone 2. TNA never really held my attention over the years, so I tend to put the first one on and doze off.

I've got them all saved because I think it's only a matter of time before access to the entire back catalogue disappears behind a subscription paywall.

That's why I'm glad I caught on early and burned my way through all of them to catch up, I can definitely see them doing that when the fan base is big enough and they have a large enough back catalogue.

I listened to the Ted Dibiase one the other day, and I can totally understand why Ted felt like he wasn't where he should be a year-2 years into his run. This dude came out with a ton of hype, vignettes and the gimmick was unique yet he went from being in the main event scene to feuding with Snuka a year later. Bruce chalked it up to cooling him off, but it's such a dramatic drop off from where he was. The million dollar belt was just a prop to keep him afloat. I totally thought he should have won the belt and gotten a 6 month run with it.

Bruce reveals in this new episode that he and Patterson pitched the idea of having Scott Steiner debut in the 1993 Royal Rumble match, win it, and win the title at Mania IX. Vince and the Steiners themselves, though, wanted to keep Scott and Rick as a team.

The number of ads is getting a little ridiculous. Inserted awkwardly in the middle of conversation, too.

Conrad said something taht sounded like he had to cut it because the service they use couldn't fit the episode on the MLW thing.
